Greetings in the name of Bayanihan We Heal As One!

The Department of Education gradually transforms education to its normal

environment through enhancing modalities with face to face classes. As we keep on
praying and visualizing for a better normal and natural environment, DepEd
Cauayan City will continue to develop, enrich and look for new ways for learners to
learn while adhering to all LGU and IATF Health protocols and all applicable
measures stipulated in the DepEd Required Health Standards (Deped Order No. 14,
s. 2020). However, this endeavor would not be possible without a joint effort from
PNP, Barangay Officials, BNS, BHS, Tanods, and PTA Officials.

SDO Cauayan City is proposing eight (8) last mile schools to pilot the limited face to
face transition of classes: Villa Flor Elementary School, De Vera Elementary
School, Diparicao Elementary School, Maligaya Elementary School, Dianao
Elementary School, Linglingay Elementary School Annex, Linglingy National High
School and Villa Concepcion National High School Rogus Extension.

Generally, this proposal aims to:

a. Establish strategies and mechanisms in response to the demand for the

limited face to face transition of classes;
b. Ensure seamless implementation of limited face to face transition of classes
in compliance with the IATF protocols; and
c. Set standards for the conduct of functional Monitoring and Evaluation and
provision of timely and appropriate Technical Assistance.

Attached is the proposal for further evaluation and reference.
