Ingredients
1-2 cups fresh hemp (can also be dried, if preferred)
1 cup coconut oil
Instructions
1. Break up the hemp. You can grind it in a grinder if you prefer, but if the hemp is dried it is easy to
break into smaller pieces with your hands.
2. Melt the coconut oil with the hemp in a saucepan or double broiler. Heat the two together gently. Be
sure the oil covers the hemp completely.
Notes
We recommend using a thermometer to ensure the oil does not exceed 175°F
