HBL Boring Loader
With a staff of 600 in Germany and abroad
HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH has been operating success-
fully for decades in the field of customer-oriented
mining all over the world.
Economic coal mining can only be ensured by modern
and reliable machines as well as by qualified service.
For gallery drivage in cross sections from 12 up to 18 m
in mining projects, HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH offers the
crawler mounted boring loader HBL which is able to
realize load works and drilling works for blasting also
with a single machine.
Salzgitter
The semi-automatic changeable devices need only a
deposit frame to change between drill rig and shovel.
Because of quick couplings in the hydraulic system, the
change between the drill rig and the shovel only takes
a few minutes.
The drilling unit has an hydraulic hammer for percus-
sive drilling and has been constructed for the prepara-
tion of blast hole and anchor drillings.
The electrical equipment of the boring loader HBL is
made in flameproof design according to ATEX stan-
dards or the regulations of the respective authorities.
The boring loader HBL is available in 3 sizes,
HBL 600, HBL 800 and HBL 1500.
