The most effective exercise to stay in shape are cardio such as jogging or elliptical.
I think it is more important to be slim since you are healthy and if you are a
muscular person at some point that will turn into fat over time.
4. What do you think motivates people to go to the gym?
That motivates people to go to the gym is to look good in the summer to go to the
beach.
5. If you had your own gym, what would you offer to draw people in?
