1.How to improve your plank time gradually?


• I can gradually improve my plank time by strengthening the various muscles
used when doing a plank. Knowing some different planking techniques, such as
how to hold your plank longer, will benefit your health.

2.What could happen if you would do exercises as part of your home daily
routine?
• When I do exercises as part of my daily routine at home, I feel healthier and
more at ease because my muscle strength improves and my risk of disease
decreases. When I do exercises as part of my home routine, I can work more
efficiently and improve my health .

3.What should you do to encourage yourself/others to undergo exercises


actively?
• Modeling active behavior is one of the simplest ways to encourage
myself/others. I'd tell them what you've been up to and how it made me feel, and
I'd also share regular posts about being physically engaged. However, I prefer to
share my experiences in a genuine manner.

4. How much should you execute alternate dumbbell press to achieve


excellence?
• The number of executions I should do to achieve excellence depended on my
experience, because as a beginner, a mild level of execution is sufficient, but for
someone who had more experience, a high level of execution is required to
achieve excellence.

5. What is the significance of the exercises in achieving a physically fit


body?
• Exercise is essential for achieving a physically fit body because it is one of the
most convenient ways to lose fat and thus achieve a physically fit body. It has
also been carried out by a group of people and is promoted and advised by
professional bodybuilders or fitness coaches.
