You need to complete the proposal on the following format

Required

1. You need to select an existing company, for which you need to write down
the introduction. ( The company may be national or multinational as per
your choice)
2. Copy and paste the existing vision statement of that company (write in
commas). Evaluate as per the strategic management guidelines and justify
it. If it is not proper than reconstruct the vision statement.

3. Copy and paste the existing Mission statement of that company (write in
commas). Evaluate as per the strategic management guidelines and 9
factors and justify it. If it is not proper and complete than reconstruct the
Mission statement

4. Conduct the external factor analysis for the same company (EFA) and
justify. Take as many factors as you can there are no particular counting for
the factors to be taken.

5. Conduct the Internal factor analysis for the same company (IFA) and justify.
Take as many factors as you can there are no particular counting for the
factors to be taken.

Instructions for Plagiarism

1. Plagiarism policy will be strictly followed, any material found copied from
the friends, websites, or any other source will be highlighted in the
plagiarism software Turnitin.
2. Never share you assignment to any one as it will leave the extension of
your file in the database that extension will include you in the plagiarism
 whether you have done all your work own. That will be plagiarized once
you share from any medium

3. Never check your plagiarism by using any of the online sites, or

downloaded software’s as they will copy your original material in their data
base and then it will show the plagiarism

4. Introduction you can read from anywhere but doesn’t copy paste it after
reading you need to write the introduction in your own words

5. Don’t try to be over smart in copy pasting as you are dealing with your
teacher who can identify your plagiarism from the places you can’t even
imagine, so don’t take that chance as it will straight forward cancel your
assignment and you will lose straight forward 15 marks. Just follow the
instruction you will not be having any plagiarism that my guarantee. If you
are not going to follow the instructions, you assignment will be cancelled
and that’s for sure.

Instruction for Formatting

1. Times New Roman writing style 12 size for the text and 14 for the headings,
headings must be bold ( not italic and not underline) and all the document
is justified

2. First page will be the title page title page must include the following
information a. your name and Id. b. Table of contents after that title page
then you need to do all your assignment accordingly. All the required things
must be in detail and justified

Instructions for Assignment

1. You need to complete all the required questions as it is required

2. The assignment is on individual basis. In any condition groups are not

allowed
3. The Organization you have chosen for the assignment will remain the same
in the other assignments as well. So choose your organization wisely.
4. Justification are the most important part of every question, detailed
justification is required as already discussed in the class. Else marks
deduction will be maximum

5. For submission, you need to email your soft copy on the email below

6. Save your word file with your complete name and student id and attach
the file in to email.

7. Must write “Strategic Management Assignment 01” in the subject line of

your email. Without this subject line the assignment submission cannot be
ensured.
