1. Perceived Susceptibility
Perceived susceptibility is an individual's belief about his vulnerability to disease risk in encouraging people to adopt
healthier behaviors.
Example : someone believes that everyone has the potential to get cancer.
3. Perceived Benefits
Perceived benefits are the belief in the benefits felt by individuals if they do healthy behavior. The construction of the
perceived benefit is a person's opinion about the usefulness of a new behavior in reducing the risk of disease.
Example :if he doesn't smoke, he won't get cancer

4. Cues to Action
Cues to action is accelerating actions that make someone feel the need to take action or take concrete action to
carry out healthy behaviors. Cues to action also means support or encouragement from the environment for
individuals who perform healthy behavior.
Example : Doctor's advice or recommendations to quit or reduce smoking is related to the impact on health so that
patients will try to reduce smoking habits
