二、中途贮存 Midway Storage
如果需要在中途进行贮存，贮存场地必须满足如下要求，以防止一些对温度和湿度敏
感的部件遭到损坏、腐蚀

五、工作原理与结构 Working Principle and Structure
1、工作原理 Working Principle
温瓶机是将经过低温灌装旋盖密封后的容器瓶，通过环形塑料链的输送进
入不同温度的喷淋区域，来完成升温的过程，将瓶内的饮料升到一定的温度，
保证饮料的色、香、味及营养，便于整线后的贴标、套标、装箱作业。
Warming bottle machine is a kind of container bottle sealed by low
temperature filling and rotating cap, which is transported into the spray area
of different temperatures through the ring plastic chain to complete the
heating process, raise the beverage in the bottle to a certain temperature,
ensure the color, fragrance, taste and nutrition of the beverage, and facilitate
labeling, labeling and packing after the whole line.

2、结构 Structure
本设备由机体、传送部分、喷淋区和电器控制等部分组成。

2.1、机体 Form：

2.2、传送部分 convey part
a、机内输送 In-machine conveying
机内输送是由一组环形的塑料模块式链板组成，其传动系统是无级变速电
机带动主动轴旋转，装在主传动轴上的数个齿节距链轮拖动塑料模块式链板环
形运行，从而实行聚脂瓶在机内的输送。在机体内设有导瓶部分防止瓶子在运
行过程中与边框接触而造成倒瓶。输送带上设有开放孔，喷淋时的水可以从该
孔中流入水槽。
The in-machine conveying system is composed of a group of ring plastic
modular chain boards. Its transmission system is a continuously variable
speed motor driving the spindle to rotate. Several teeth pitch sprockets
mounted on the main drive shaft drive the plastic modular chain boards to run
in the ring, thus the polyester bottles are conveyed in the machine. A guide
bottle part is arranged in the body to prevent the bottle from contacting with
the frame during operation and causing the bottle to be inverted. The
conveyor belt is provided with an open hole from which water during spraying
can flow into the water tank.
b、喷淋装置 Sprinkler
在机内设有两个喷淋区域。通过蒸汽加热了的水通过泵打到相应的喷淋管
道，温水从管道锥形喷嘴喷淋到聚脂瓶上，对瓶装饮料进行喷淋。喷淋后的水
流入机体底部的集水槽，再由管道泵循环工作。第一、二区为独立喷淋区域，
工作前先打开蒸汽管道上端的手动阀，将水箱内的水加热到预定温度（通过水
箱上的温度表可以看出），同时打开水泵进行热交换以加快预热时间。再由气动
阀进行自动补热（关闭手动阀），维持工艺温度，保证饮料的纯度。第一、二区
管道泵各自打入自身区域内的喷淋管道。对该区的聚脂瓶喷淋，喷淋后的水分
别流入机体底部的集水槽，再由蒸汽加热后由水泵进行喷淋杀菌。
There are two spray areas in the machine. Water heated by steam is
pumped to the corresponding spray pipe, and warm water is sprayed from the
conical nozzle of the pipe to the polyester bottle to spray the bottled beverage.
The water after spraying enters the catchment trough at the bottom of the
body and is circulated by the pipeline pump. The first and second zones are
independent sprinkler zones. Before working, the manual valve at the upper
end of the steam pipeline is opened, and the water in the water tank is heated
to a predetermined temperature (as can be seen from the temperature meter
on the water tank). At the same time, the pump is opened for heat exchange to
speed up the preheating time. Then the pneumatic valve is used for automatic
heating (closing the manual valve) to maintain the process temperature and
ensure the purity of the beverage. The first and second zones of pipeline
pumps enter the spray pipelines in their respective zones. The polyester
bottles in this area are sprayed, and the water after spraying is flowed into the
catchment tank at the bottom of the body, and then sprayed by a water pump
after being heated by steam for sterilization.
2.3、电器控制 Electrical control
a.该机的电器控制箱安放在机体的左侧板上，设有操作按钮。

b.电路中设有紧急停机按钮，防止机器在出现异常情况下，可以紧急停机检
查。

六、安装调试和试运转 Installation and test run
1、安装调试 Installation：
1.1 准备 preparation
按温瓶机基础图用墨水画出基准线，包括冷瓶机的中心线，两侧平行线及
前后两根端线。
Draw the base line with ink according to the basic drawing of the thermos
bottle machine, including the center line, parallel lines on both sides and front
and back end lines of the thermos bottle machine.
1.2 将冷瓶机运入现场 Transport the cold bottle machine to the site
由于该设备的体积很大，因此在运入前应检查设备进出瓶方向是否同平面
图一致，以免发生错误。在运输过程中必须注意安全，避免损伤机器。

whether the direction of the equipment in and out of the bottle is in
accordance with the plan before entering, so as to avoid errors. In the course
of transportation, we must pay attention to safety and avoid damaging the
machine.
1.3 安装 installation
a.首先要求将机体放在基准线上面，并将机体中心对准地面中心线，前后端
面对准地面基准线。

the body should be aligned with the ground center line, and the front and back
ends should be aligned with the ground baseline.
b.调整机体的高度和水平面，以进出瓶输瓶机上的平顶链上表面为基准高度
调整到 1100 ㎜左右，然后将机体校准水平，以免机体高低造成变形。
b. Adjust the height and horizontal plane of the body to the base height of about
1100 feet on the top surface of the flat-top chain on the bottle conveyor, and then adjust
the body calibration level so as to avoid the deformation caused by the height of the
body.
c.在确认机体安装正确无误后，再检查所有管道系统，清除杂物，然后才能
接上所有外接管道。

1.4 调整 adjustment
将进瓶和出瓶侧板上的托板与塑料环形输送链的位置调整到正确位置，进
瓶板高于环形输送链 0.2～ 0.5 ㎜，出瓶端托板略低于环形链板 0.2～ 0.5 ㎜。
The position of the brackets on the side plates of the intake and exit
bottles and the plastic annular conveyor chain is adjusted to the correct
position. The intake plate is higher than that of the annular conveyor chain by
0.2-0.5_and the outlet bracket is slightly lower than that of the annular chain
plate by 0.2-0.5.
2、试车准备 Test run preparation
2.1、试运转前的注意事项 Precautions before test run：
a、检查温水管道中有无脏物，并使管道保持清洁。

b、检查机体及水槽是否清洁。

c、检查所有阀门开关是否灵活，安全保护装置是否可靠，供应的水、电技
术参数是否符合本机要求。

electricity supplied meet the requirements of this machine.
2.2、启动 start-up
a.将两个水箱灌满水。

b.检查两个喷淋区域中的锥形喷水器的喷嘴喷水是否流畅，如发现不流畅或
阻塞应进行疏通。

dredging should be carried out.
c.将总开关转到位置开位置处，此时电源指示灯亮进入运转状态。

h.手动调节手动阀控制温水流量大小，使瓶装饮料的温度在规定的处理时间
达到生产要求的温度为止，此时就可以进行生产作业。

i.先手动打开气动阀上端的手动阀对杀菌区水箱内的水进行加热，待达到温

d、关闭水阀的操作键，使清水停止流入。

七、机器的操作与维修 Operation and Maintenance
1.机器的操作 Operation
1.1 操作之前先将机器内的水箱的水排空，瓶将污物清理干净，再将喷淋水
在水箱中充满。

1.3 在生产运行期要注意下列事项

b、监视生产过程的速度并随时进行关闭。

c、监视所有喷嘴的喷水情况，并随时进行校正。

d、监视各传动部位的运行情况。

e、监视各个水箱的剩水情况 ,并调节各截止阀使之水泵不空运行。

keep the pump running without empty.
1.4 停机按试运转后的停机的程序操作。
The shutdown is operated according to the shutdown procedure after
commissioning.
2、维修与保养 Maintenance
维修与保养应无条件地与生产配合，并在规定的时间内进行，尽
可能的使本机处于安全及正常状态。
Maintenance should cooperate unconditionally with production and be carried
out within the prescribed time so as to keep the machine in a safe and normal
state as far as possible.
2.1 每班的维修及保养 maintenance of each shift
a、维修时将槽内的水排除干净，用清水冲洗水槽，并清除槽内杂物 (包括
环形塑料链 )，

water, and remove the debris (including ring plastic chains) in the tank.
b、对水箱进行清洗。 Clean the water tank

2.2 每周的维修及保养 weekly maintenance
a、检查环形塑料链是否损坏，对损坏部分进行修复或更换。

b、检查连接处的紧密性和所有阀门密封性，对松动部分重新拧紧或更换密
封件。
