Day of Prayer

Theme: Signs of Genuine Relationship: “LOVE”, “HOPE” &


“FAITH”

Session 1: “Ingredients of Love”


Reflection Questions:

1. What is the message that you receive from this passage? Do you find it challenging
especially all these years with your relationship with family, community, school and
yourself?
2. What is your understanding of love? Do you have fear or reservation? Why?
3. Do you love Jesus? What character of Jesus you admire that makes you follow him?
4. This is your final year at MHS, are you ready to move on? But first, do you love yourself?
5. Do you feel lost and alone that nobody loves you? What are the symptoms?
Session 2: “Forgiveness and Reconciliation”
Reflection Questions:

1. Are you humble enough to consider others as important as yourself to forgive them?
2. Are you sensitive to the needs and feelings of your family in asking for forgiveness or
avail yourself to accommodate them?
3. Do you find yourself a perfectionist so you don’t bother about the sacrament of
penance? Or others that you hurt them by your actions?
4. How is your relationship with your teachers, admin and the whole school especially
your class?
5. If you have a million dollar and knowing you only have days to live, what would you do
with it?
Session 3: “Love and Commitment”
Reflection Questions:

1. What is the message of Christ to you in this passage and what he wants you to do?
2. Are you ready to make commitment in a relationship?
3. Do you care for the well being of the school and prepare to defend its mission
statement?
4. Since you are dealing with the sacrament of matrimony, what is your understanding of
love and commitment?
5. What is your understanding of commitment and role of a man and woman in a
relationship?
6. Do you always pray everyday to maintain your dependent on the Lord? What do you
ask of everyday?
