Yoga posture: Balasana.

Introduction:
Good afternoon my names is Lucia and I’m going to talk about a Yoga posture. His name is
“Balasana”

Definition and benefits:


The Basalana means child´s posture. “Bal” is child or baby and “Asana” is
posture.
It is named for the peace and calm of mind it induces, which reminds us of
young children, who have no worries.
Some of its benefits are:
- It helps you relax.
- You regain strenght between poses
- Improve posture.
Step by step:
1º Get on your knees on the widemat. The widemat is yoga mat.
2º Drop back on your heels.
3º Lay your trunk on your legs and stretch your arms forward.
4º Your glutes stay in connection with your heels.
5º Let your head on the widemat.
6º Finally, take a deep breath and hold your posture for one minute.
