Nurse : I am nurse Dila on duty this morning. I would like to report the patient’s condition of
Tn.A , he is 35 years old, which just came 10 minutes ago.
Nurse : I took his vital signs including : T = 37º C, BP = 100/60 mmHg, RR = 24 breaths/min,
and P = 95 bpm. He looked so pale, not only he looked pale but also he looked blue in his skin.
The patient’s also complains of shortness of breath. What should I do doctor?
Doctor : Give the patient’s 4 liters/min of oxygen then check the oxygen saturation and apply
infusion the ringer lactate with 20 drops a minute. Don’t forget to monitor the patient's breathing
every 2 hours.
