EVIDENCES IN WORK IMMERSION

These were the documentations during the 80-hour journey in my work immersion period
at Dr. Ester R. Garcia Medical Center as a Physical Therapy student with my supervisor, Ms.
Kathleen G. Dalope, PTRP which I gained 95% at my supervisor’s rating. There were 16 selected
students of Luna National High School that have been part of ERGMC institution that have given
the opportunity to learn the skills in their chosen career path.
