Goal & Objective


The goal of this feature that, a user can add an item from pricelist to this feature, before continuing to create a quotation.

The objective of this feature, that it:

A user can add more than one item into the campaign editor, as long they still on the same channel.
Airlines channel can have different campaign period, campaign start date and campaign end date.

Assumption
After the brainstorming session on 4 March 2020, we decided to create this feature, with a few aspects such as:

Channel campaign price affected by, Placement Quantity ( Slot, item or Ad content duration ) and period of the campaign as well.
Example: at Pricelist a placement with a minimum period of 1 month and duration 15 seconds have price Rp 10.000.000. if the user
changes the period to 2 months, the system must change that price to Rp 20.000.000.
For Outdoors Channel period of campaign and placement quantity depends on what media type selected (digital or non-digital).
Each channel may have different deals for each placement quantity or period of the campaign. you can check the table below for the
details:

Acceptance criteria :

Users can change the period of the


campaign, following from cycle set or
minimum period set.
E.g if the minimum period is 2 months, a
user only can set 4 months, 6 months, 8
months, or multiple from the minimum
order period.
Campaign start date can be selected
depend from lead time defined for each
channel.
The number of quantity items or slots
must same with quantity set from admin
page.
2 Channel Campaign Editor A Sales team can add placement from the MUST HAVE
Outdoors pricelist page to channel campaign editor, with
few criteria.

Acceptance criteria :

Campaign Setting for this channel must


have statement parameters based on
media type selected.
if the user adds an item with media type
digital, campaign settings must show
content duration field.
Content duration choice show depends on
duration set on the admin page.
E.g if the duration is 15 Second, the
option only shows multiple values from
that duration, such as 30 second, 45
second, etc.
Users not allowed to edit the period of the
campaign.

Lifestyle pricelist page to channel campaign editor, with
few criteria.

Acceptance criteria :

on this channel user allowed to edit


campaign period. but not allowed to edit a
number of quantity items/slots or duration.

4 Total Summary Users can view the summary of their campaign MUST HAVE
channel.

Acceptance criteria:

Users can view number of item added.


Users can view the start date and end
date of the channel campaign.
Users can view the period of the
campaign also.
If media added don't have Ad duration
information, then hide this section
information.
