Greetings of peace!

The Bicol University-College of Law will hold a Seminar entitled “How to Excel in Law School 101”
with our guest speaker Atty. Reinier Paul Yebra the incumbent Department of Transportation
Undersecretary flying in from Manila to give the talk on the said matter.

The College of Law Student Council in looking for a proper venue to hold the said seminar, thought of
having it in the College of Education Demo Hall given the great layout of the room we think it is perfect
to hold an interactive discussion.

Along this line, the College of Law-Student Council would like to seek your approval to utilize the
College of Education Demo Hall including the sound system and microphones on September 14,2019
from 7 am to 12 pm.

Your favorable response to this request shall play a vital part in the success of our endeavor and shall be
