Provisional 5th & Final Merit List (Physical Apperance) BSCS (Morning) Program

The following candidates have been selected provisionally for admission to the above program subject to the following conditions:-
1. This merit list is provisional and prepared by using the student information they submitted in online form.
2. The students with their results are pending due to covid 19 Situation is provisionally admitted on the basis of part 1 result in case of F.Sc/F.A/ICS/D.Com/I.Com.
3. The students with their results are pending and are with DAE backgrounds are provisionally admitted on the basis of 02 years result.
4. Students who have done A level exams are provisionally admitted with condition to provide equivalence certificate at the time of issuance of challan form.
5. Students who have completed their intermediate exams from other countries are also provisionally admitted with condition to provide equivalence certificate at the time of issuance of challan form.
6. Any candidate who is found (at any time) to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the Admission Form or by willful concealment of any material fact, affecting his /her admission, shall be removed from the university rolls
forthwith.
7. Original Academic Documents along with three sets of photo copies along with eight passport size photographs with blue background are required to be submitted by the candidate to the University Authorities before obtaining Challan Forms for
deposit of dues and will be retained by the University for Verification.
8. Original documents will be verified with the student record he/she submitted in online form. In case online submitted student record does not match with original documents, the university admission committee has right to cancel his/her admission
immediately.
9. The students shall have to submit Equivalence Certificate and NOC (if required), Medical Fitness Certificate & Original Affidavit (as mentioned in prospectus) before obtaining Challan Forms.
10. The students shall pay their dues in the Habib Bank Limited, Punjab University Jhelum Campus Booth located inside the campus after obtaining necessary Challan Forms from the office, before the close of banking hours by the prescribed date
i.e.November 12, 2020. Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission. Students are required to submit their photo copy of receipts in the same office after payment of dues.
11. The University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission etc.
12. Error and omissions are excepted.
IMPORTANT: As the original documents will be retained by the University for Verification purpose, all selected candidates are advised to keep photocopies of their original documents with them before submitting the same to the University.

Note: in the Fifth & Final Merit List ( Physical Appearnce) three students are called against each one seat as Per Punjab University Admission Rules and Regulations. The students mentioned above in Fifth & Final merit list (Physical
Appearnce) are directed to submit a written application in the office of Incharge Amission Committee (Admission Office) at Punjab University Jhelum Campus through physical apperance till 01:00pm dated 09-11-2020 (Monday) in order
to secure their seat. If the applicant are more then available seats then merit formula shall be applied.
