Requesting the following additions:

1) Adding date of entry in column B “Data Input” sheet. Dates should be automatically populated
once the “self-evaluation” data file is added.

Names in Column D should be automatically (highlighted or font color changed whatever is easier
for you) as following:

- If entries is 6 month old ( Use Yellow font or highlight color)

- If entries is over one year old ( Use Red font or highlight color)
- Other entries no change (stay the same no color needed)

2) Duplicate the search code to allow for 4 different searches respectively on the “Search” sheet.

3) Change Module 3 to delete selected row until CM column. There are some needed calculation
formulas on the CN, CO and CP column.

4) I added two different tabs “Individual Score” and “Total Concept Score” those tabs are pulling
data from the “data Input sheet”. I believe its updating automatically for the most part
(Currently “total Concept Score” is). However if you know of an easy way for them to
automatically update data and graphs please feel free to do so.
