PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCE IN YOUR CAPACITY AS LEADER OF THE HOUSE REPUBLICANS AND
REPRESENTITIVE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

Hon. Kevin McCarthy:

This is a Petition for Redress of Grievance from Joseph Dettelis, State of Florida 11th Congressional
District, Eligible Elector and Member of the Republican Party since 1978. I am of legal age and capacity:

I have written to my representatives in Congress about this and have not received a satisfactory
response. While usually happy with your and their representation and responsiveness to critical issues I
am disgusted with the lack of leadership, foot dragging, weakness, even cowardice or perhaps lack of
competence or constitutional understanding of this GRAVE MOMENT IN HISTORY on how to properly
deal with the mass 2020 election fraud over at least 7 states that will decide the election of President
and Vice President of the United States on January 6 in the Constitutionally mandated Joint Session of
Congress.

I received your Red Wave letter and usually contribute hard earned dollars and commend the House
leadership role you have asserted thus far. However, despite the great gains that should be even greater
we have a wounded man left standing on the field fighting alone by you. He is our greatest soldier,
President Donald J Trump, and it is incumbent upon you and the House Republicans to come to his and
the First Lady’s aid and rescue, en masse!

I am petitioning you to object, due to being obtained by fraud and theft, to any electoral vote slates
presented for counting for Joe Biden for President of the United States and Kamala Harris for Vice
President of the United States at the Joint Session of Congress to take place at Washington, D.C. United
States of America on January 6, 2021 from the following states; Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan,
Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and that you accept for counting any electoral slates
presented for Donald J. Trump for President of the United States and Michael Pence for Vice President
of the United States whether presented as an alternate slate or otherwise.

Your failure thus far to lead the House minority in objecting to the election fraud and contesting the
fraudulently certified electoral slates from the contested states and supporting the alternative slates
presented by the Republican electors instead, is reprehensible and a failure of your duties to the
country, the party, and our very history and progeny. Your lack of action thus far is not leadership.

I am petitioning for this redress of grievance due to the mass voter fraud and theft I have witnessed and
documented in the aforesaid states after viewing and taking notes of over 52 hours of live testimony
before duly elected Legislatures and Courts in those states, reading hundreds of pages of sworn
affidavits by eyewitnesses to the fraud in those states, and expert IT and data specialist court filed
reports performing statistical analysis on the voting results as officially reported and forensic reports on
actual machines used to count the people's vote in those states showing egregious voter fraud of a
felonious, criminal nature. This fraud is a criminal enterprise. Not objecting to it is being complicit in it.

In official support of this Petition, I refer you to the Dec. 16 hearing conducted by Sen. Ron Johnson of
Wisconsin, Chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, to take
statements and ask questions of witnesses including Lawyers bringing court cases of irregularities in the
2020 election. Testimony focused on Wisconsin, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. The following short url

Please recognize the overwhelming mass documented voter fraud and theft in these three states alone
consisting of 36 electoral votes nearly ties the alleged electoral vote count when the 36 votes reduce the
alleged unofficial 306 for Biden Harris due to the mass fraud and theft. And there are ongoing voter
fraud court cases in at least 4 other states.

The testimony particularly of the Lawyers is damning evidence of mass blatant voter fraud and theft of
hundreds of thousands of votes in each state. As an example, the Nevada Lawyer testified his
investigation documented over 133,000 unique instances of voter fraud in Nevada presenting 8 volumes
of evidence and the Nevada court simply would not hear the evidence. The Wisconsin Lawyer similarly
documented mass voter fraud and put the evidence before the Wisconsin court. Instead of hearing the
evidence the court decided in favor of an argument by the highly paid Biden campaign lawyers that
since the numbers were "certified" by county supervisors the evidence of mass Wisconsin voter fraud
should not be seen or heard. Mass fraud and theft of votes cannot be erased by certifications of
fraudulent vote counts. Similarly, in Pennsylvania the court relied on legal procedure to ignore all
evidence. And now we hear a false mantra being repeated constantly in a propagandized and
psychologically anti-American, weaponized press that there is no evidence of voter fraud or not enough
evidence in an attempt to manufacture consent based on falsehoods and manipulate public perception
and opinion out of whole cloth outright covering up this mass fraud and theft that has and is taking
place before my, your, and the Nation's very eyes.

I refer you to the ten-minute video statement of President Donald J. Trump posted December 22, clearly
stating why he is pursuing every constitutional and legal means available to stop the theft of the
Presidential election. He must have your support now and on Jan. 6.

This is contemptable mass voter fraud, theft and cover up in plain sight! And it is up to Congress in the
joint session on January 6 to put an end to it. Your joint session should result in either an electoral
victory for Donald J Trump and Michael Pence or a contested election with no winner by electoral vote
of the several states due to mass voter fraud and media manipulation and in that case the election for

President and Vice President must be regulated under the Twelfth Amendment of the Constitution,
presided over by the Vice President, one state, one vote in Congress for President and One Senator One
vote for Vice President in the Senate.

Please respond to this Petition as the House Republican leader as to whether you support and will
support on January 6 President Donald J Trump and Vice President Michael Pence in this grave matter.
History and the U.S. Republican electorate is watching.
