Healthy Popsicles

Put soft fruit
(banana, berries,
mango, canned fruit,
etc.) in a bowl.

Give your child a fork or
potato masher to mash
the fruit.

Add fruit juice.

3. You can also add yogurt


if you want.

Pour mix into popsicle
molds or cups.
Add popsicle sticks.

Put in the freezer and
wait for several hours.
