Based on the bubble diagram for current development,the most percentage for type of
development is residential that is 74 %.There is various types of residential which is semi-
detached,condominium(luxury),apartment and terrace.
For bubble diagram for proposed development,we decreased the number of residential which
is decrease the percentage from 74 % to 63.72 %.We used that land to develop the theme
park and sport centre which is the percentage of recreational is 12.84 %.
