I. Summary of the business

Etwoc's Megaturon is named after the Transformer's character Megatron. Related to

its size. We came on the thought of making it bigger than usual, because we thought that
others who also offer the same product is selling it at a higher price regardless of the size.
Also we wanted to make the turon taste fruitier so we decided to put some jackfruit. We also
wanted to make t sweeter since it is the highlight of the turon itself, so we added some sugar
inside the product and top it with sweet condense milk. This is perfect of your sweet craving
and will satisfy your sugar rush. It is established by a group of 12 people having the same
interests in food, then sooner came to the decision of making turon for a short-term business.
Etwoc's Megaturon formally started in February 26, 2020 and ended at the 28th of the same
month and year. The three-day long selling came to a good result, and even exceeded the
group's expectation. With this, we can prove that Filipinos are really into sweets. The turon is
a simple Filipino dish, that gives those who eat a short delightful Jonard
Loberiano, experience that
John B.may remind
them of their own tradition.

III. Overview of Business

3.1 Name of The Business

"Megat'ron" the name itself will give a hint on how big and how our
product/business give satisfaction to the buyer/customer.

3.2 Nature of Business

Turon or lumpiang saging is a Filipino Delicacy that is made of thinly

sliced bananas, wrapped and rolled with sugar. It is become more popular
because of its fillings. Our group decided to put a turon business because we
know that it attracts their stimuli especially for the students. Our target market
are the students including junior high and senior high from Bulihan Integrated
National High School and we decided to conduct it inside the School Campus.

In a 30 minutes break of 9 and a half our classes everyday your tummy

needs a food that will last for a couple of hours. That's why we think what's
the best food that will satisfy and make your tummy full, our one and only
"megat'ron" a special turon with jack fruit inside. These turons are big and
contains a lot of nutrients. We can assure that your 10 pesos will be worth
enough to make your tummy full and make your life wonderful.

3.3 Mission and Vision

To satisfy all the customers and assure them that the product is worth
buying. We, entrepreneurs, are aiming a great result of our business and it's
not all about the money but also the good feedback of the customer. Also to be
the most trusted and best provider of turon that are consistent in taste, quality
and value. A group that has a positive mindset will lead them to a positive
result.

We look forward for our turon business to grow and become the most
popular business around the world. We are hoping that the product that we
made will leave a good memory to the customer.

IV. Business plan

4.1 Problem/Needs

Our group composed of grade 11 students from Bulihan National High

School already have encounters with people who sell their own product, example is
our school canteen. Back in our very first year here in the campus, the canteen only
offers unhealthy foods and nothing changed even after some years. Some students
also lost their trust with our own canteen because of sanitary problems but, most of
the students doesn't have any choice so the canteen is still their run-up place. Our
canteen can get really crowded most of the time because of the large number of
students, so it is predictable that their products can easily get contaminated. Back in
the previous years, there are some students that complained about their product
because of unsanitary products. This is why we came to the idea of selling a product
that prioritizes the health of the students. Our group planned on using paper
paraphernalia in selling that can help reduce plastic waste to support the school's
program in reducing the single use plastic.

4.2 market plan

We have decided to choose personal selling strategy because in

personal selling we can say the main message that we want the customers to
know and also to get feedback about our product immediately. And of course
in this way we can often have much greater persuasive impact to the
costumers.

In behalf of our group we can say that it is an effective way of

advertising a product because personal selling can be our source of marketing
information. with this we can learn how to do sales talk and how to persuade
customers to buy our product.
4.3 production plan

Ingredients:

 6 pcs saging na saba,

 cut in half lengthwise (banana plantains)
 1 cup ripe langka (jackfruit)
 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 12 pcs spring roll wrapper
 2 cups cooking oil

Instructions:

For Wrapping:

1. Prepare your spring roll wrappers on a plate.

2. In another plate, add sugar and coat 1 banana slice in brown sugar evenly.
Then place it in the center of the spring roll wrapper, together with 1 piece of
langka on the side. Nicely fold the wrapper like an envelope. Roll the wrapper
and lock the edges with a touch of water. Repeat the same until all banana
slices are wrapped.

For Frying:

1. In a shallow pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add a few tablespoons brown
sugar and wait until it floats.

2. Start frying the wrapped banana and fry until the wrapper turns golden
brown and the extra sugar sticks on wrapper.
