Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you

overseers. Be
shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.—Acts 20:28

As leaders, we have two major jobs: to watch over those under our care and to watch over
ourselves. If our attention is only on those we’re leading, we’re not taking care of or own needs.
We need to make sure that we’re healthy if we want to adequately lead others.

Leadership is about watching over yourself and others

I, James R. Vidad, from CASTE, a Bachelor of Physical Education Level 3 student running for the position of MCNP-ISAP
Chairman is here ready to accept and face the challenges of being a servant leader in this new normal.

For almost 5 years of staying in these mighty institutions, I am thankful because they molded me to be the better version
of myself, they molded me to become a responsible and a servant leader. At sa halos limang taon na yun masasabi kong
nagging parte na ng buhay ko ang pagsisilbi sa aking mga kapwa agila. Since FIRST YEAR I am already part of the Council
of Leaders. In ISAP I found a new home and family.

As we face this new normal with a lot of uncertainties. We are here to extent our selfless service for the betterment of
MCNP-ISAP community. As we face the challenges and difficulties brought to us by this Pandemic. We are here to be

Yes, almost all of the Student leaders in the ELITE Party are part of the COL Last year, and just to let you know galing po
kami sa magkakaibang party last year and look at us now we are united and ready to lead and ready serve because WE
SERVE AS ONE.

Almost all of us attended the PACSA International Leadership, one of the best and know Leadership Convention in the
Country, and there we learn and we knew kung ano yung purpose namin as a servant leaders, and that purpose is to
fully serve the whole MCNP-ISAP Community.

All of us also attended the Leadership Webinar Last Week, because of the dedication we have and the willingness to
serve and as one of the qualifications for us to run in the Council of Leaders. A servant leader is honest, not only to his
constituents but also to his or her self.

I/We don’t promise anything, but we can assure you that we will give our best. We are the ELITE PARTY, ZERO Platform,
101% Servant Leadership.

WE the Empowered Leaders toward Innovation, Transformation and Excellency are all dedicated to serve you our fellow
mighty Eagles.

We are the ELITEs – leading with dignity, integrity, and embodied with class and excellence.
