RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Keep on preparing RFI whenever doubts and discrepancy on the approved drawing.
 Review and Approval of Project specifications, Procedures, Method statements, ITP (Inspection and
Test Plan) and Material approval request.
 Estimation of resources required achieving set targets in weekly and monthly given target plans.
 Location and elevation inspection of equipment foundations which includes anchor bolts and embedded
plates.
 Coordination of subcontractors drawings, witness field and laboratory tests..
 Over all site construction management and provide effective direction and control of site construction
activities ahead of schedule and inspection fireproofing for equipment and steel structures.
 Test performed on concrete and soils. Surveillance and enforced quality control at site, and ensure that
works are performed according to the approved project quality records are complete for each item of
works, prior to hand over to the client and responding to any issued NCR or Discrepancy report.
 Inspection of works carried out by contractor and use surveillance report to document both acceptable
and deficient works found at the time of inspection.
 Verify all samples, certificates of laborites and field test and maintain all filling system for all quality
control procedures, record, report etc.

and also ensure that enough number of vibrators are used for concrete work.
