Overall Feedback: Recall the 5 Steps of Giving Feedback and follow them give
specific and overall feedback to the candidate. Please mention how they can work
on things you have pointed out and things they could have done better. You should
also comment on their Resume and Cover Letter in this space and how it can be
improved.

Well what can I say he showed up that’s all what matters. Other than that there was
eye contact there, Resume was there which was I would say appropriately made so
everything fine there. Confidence wasn’t there Lack of preparation dressing was
kind of formalish. He could surely imrove his people skills if socialize more often
then what he currently does. And that will be all from my side
