The Christallin Council
The First Guide, a divine energy that made itself known to us in channeling,
called itself “Christallin”. We were told that she is, what we would call, an
“angelic energy” within the realm of angels. Christallin - as most evolved
beings seem to do - works together, as a team, with other celestial beings,
forming a council. The task of this council is to advise, help and guide other
angels, preferably the “young ones”. We were told that angels also do a kind of
apprenticeship and have to earn their rank as an angel. And the Christallin
council plays a role in that period of growth and expansion of what we might
see as “baby angels,” the younger spirits amongst the angelic realm. These
angels have to undergo various tests to check their resolve, loyalty and talents.

The Christallin council offered us its services to guide and help us on our path
of spiritual evolution. We felt very blessed (and still do!) to have these experts
at our side, and gladly signed up to be educated by them. We were promised
guidance and protection, and in return vowed to keep our part of the deal: to
stay committed to our soul paths – no matter how challenging it might
become – and trust the guidance and advice we are given, unconditionally.
Now, that small word “unconditionally” has proven to be one of the most
challenging words we know. It sounded, and felt like, such an easy choice to
make, but “oh boy!” does it regularly take us way out of our comfort zone!
There were times that we felt tempted to curse the deal we made with these
delightful beings. The wind outside of the golden cage of oblivion can be
rough.

Having made this connection we could ask all the questions we wanted to -
about anything! And ask we did. We have been through hundreds of hours of
channeling which changed our lives. We were given crystal clear answers,
even if we didn’t understand many times, nor agree with them. We were
verbally spanked for some of our actions and ideas in the past and more or
less gently guided back onto our path if we lost direction or focus. But having
this kind of connection also means that you can’t pretend to not know any
longer. You can’t blame anybody but yourself for the state you are in, or the
situations you have manifested for yourself to learn from. All of us on this
planet are equipped with the concept of free will, and we can, of course, go
against the guidance we are given. Usually we do so out of fear – fear of
confrontations, discomfort and failure. Our divine guidance will let us make
all the mistakes we need to grow and become wiser, whilst patiently waiting
for us to come around to their way of thinking and humbly admit: “ok, you
were right…what now?”

What this Book Intends to Do for You

Christallin wants us to share her words of wisdom and way of life with as
many people as possible. We are merely the embodied channels for her to
work through and spread her message. This book is here to start you on your
way and/or give you a quantum boost of energy to help you over obstacles
encountered on your journey. Let us share some thoughts, ideas and concepts
with you. May they entertain your brain cells, amuse you, expand your
consciousness and maybe even save you some of the “mistakes” we made.

Christallin’s remark:

“There are no mistakes – just detours on your learning curve.”

Food for your soul

These 3 essays should be printed and read regularly to grasp the positive
karma management system.

The Choice is Mine

I choose to live by choice, not chance.

I choose to listen to my heart, not my logical mind.
I choose to make changes, not excuses.
I choose to be motivated, not manipulated.
I choose to be positive, not focused on the negative.
I choose to be useful, not used or abused.
I choose clarity on my boundaries, not suppression.
I choose self-esteem, not self-pity.
I choose to excel, not compete.
I choose to be the best I can be, not merely comfortable.
I choose to believe I am here with a purpose, not just existing.
I choose to listen to the inner voice, not the random opinion of others.
I choose to live from love, not from fear.
My choice is mine, and I choose from free will to surrender to the will of the
Divine Mind, for in surrendering I am victorious.

So I choose to have no choice by allowing the Divine Powers to work through

me. That is my choice.

Attitude

“After coaching thousands of people, including world-class athletes,

managers, coaches, trainers and celebrities we can discern which persons
would be the most successful in their endeavors.

Everything has to do with the mindset and attitude of the person.

Attitude is more important than strategies, the game plan and motivation.
It will determine the incentive, the courage in the face of obstacles, the
willpower to continue after many failures and challenges even when everyone
is doing their best to discourage you. It is more important than your
education, your talents, and intelligence and where you come from (your
history). It is the reason why some people, who don’t seem business savvy,
become extremely successful and wealthy.

Attitude makes you immune to what other people say, think or do.

Attitude will determine the success of your business, if you make it, or give up
and settle for mediocrity.

Attitude is learned behavior; it becomes your secret weapon of success.

Attitude is like a dress code, every day you make the decision how you will
dress up, attitude is the daily choice you make. The best part is that every day
we have a choice regarding the attitude we embrace for the day.

Our history may define us until we create the attitude to change the outcome
of our future and determine our destiny.

Our choice on how we live our lives depends on our attitude, either we become
extremely karma positive or we just stay ignorant to the effects of our choices.

In life it is not about what happens to us and what curve balls life throws at us.
It is about how we deal with the incidents and challenges that we encounter.

Positive karma management depends on the attitude we strike.

The Person in the Mirror

When you get what you want in your struggle for self,
and the world makes you king/queen for one day,
just go to the mirror and look at yourself
and see what your image has to say.

For it is not your father or mother or spouse,

whose judgment upon you must pass.
The person whose verdict counts most in your life
is the one staring back from the mirror.

Some people might think you are some nice person

and give you lots of compliments and tell you how wonderful you are.
But the person in the mirror will call you a cheater
if you can’t look it straight in the eyes.

He is the one to please, never mind all the rest.

For he’s with you clear up to the end and beyond.
And you have passed your most dangerous, difficult, test
if the person in the mirror is your friend.

You may fool the whole world over the years,

and get pats on your back as you pass.
But your final reward will be the heartaches and tears,
if you cheated the person in the mirror.

What is Karma?
(Source Wikipedia)

Karma (Sanskrit) in Indian religions is the concept of "action" or "deed",

understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect (i.e., the
cycle called (samsara) originating in ancient India.

Origins:
A concept of karma (along with samsara and moksha) may originate in the
shramana tradition of which Buddhism and Jainism are continuations. This
tradition influenced the Brahmanic religion in the early Vedantic
(Upanishadic) movement of the 1st millennium BC. This worldview was
adopted from this religious culture by Brahmin orthodoxy, and Brahmins
wrote the earliest recorded scriptures containing these ideas in the early
Upanishads.

Views:
Some traditions (i.e., the Vedanta), believe that a supreme being plays some
kind of role, for example, as the dispenser of the 'fruits' of karma or as
exercising the option to change one's karma in rare instances.

In general, followers of Buddhism and many followers of Hinduism consider

the natural laws of causation sufficient to explain the effects of karma.
Another view holds that a Sadguru, acting on a god's behalf, can mitigate or
work out some of the karma of the disciple. This is similar to the concept that
Jesus died on the cross to save us from damnation.

According to the Jainism perspective, neither a god nor a guru have any role
in a person's karma—the individual is considered to be the sole doer and
enjoyer of his karmas and their 'fruits'.

Laws of karma are codified in some books in the Indian religions

Hinduism:
Many Hindus see God's direct involvement in this process; others consider the
natural laws of causation sufficient to explain the effects of karma. Followers
of Vedanta consider Ishvara, a personal supreme God, as playing a role in the
delivery of karma. Theistic schools of Hinduism such as Vedanta thus disagree
with the Buddhist and Jain views and other Hindu views that karma is merely
a law of cause and effect but rather is dependent on the will of a personal
supreme God. A summary of this theistic view of karma is expressed by the
following: "God does not make one suffer for no reason nor does He make one
happy for no reason. God is very fair and gives you exactly what you deserve."
Karma is not punishment or retribution but simply an extended expression or
consequence of natural acts. Karma means "deed" or "act" and more broadly
names the universal principle of cause and effect, action and reaction, which
governs all life. The effects experienced are also able to be mitigated by actions
and are not necessarily fated. That is to say, a particular action now is not
binding to some particular, pre-determined future experience or reaction; it is
not a simple, one-to-one correspondence of reward or punishment.
Karma is not fate, for humans act with free will creating their own destiny.
According to the Vedas, if one sows goodness, one will reap goodness; if one
sows evil, one will reap evil. Karma refers to the totality of our actions and
their concomitant reactions in this and previous lives, all of which determines
our future. The conquest of karma lies in intelligent action and dispassionate
response.

Karma is one of five categories of causation, known collectively as niyama

dhammas, the first being kamma, and the other four being utu (seasons and
weather), baja (heredity, lit. "seed"), chitta (mind) and dhamma (law, in the
sense of nature's tendency to perfect).

1. Karma operates as a self-sustaining mechanism of natural universal law,

without any need of an external entity to manage it. (Absence of the
exogenous "Divine Entity" in Jainism)
2. Jainism advocates that a soul's karma changes even with the thoughts,
and not just the actions. Thus, to even think evil of someone would endure
a karma-bandha or an increment in bad karma. For this reason, the
Ratnatraya gives a very strong emphasis to samyak dhyan (rationality in
thoughts) and "samyak darshan" (rationality in perception) and not just
"samyak charitra" (rationality in conduct).
3. In Jain theology, a soul is released of worldly affairs as soon as it is able to
emancipate from the "karma-bandha". A famous illustration is that of
Marudevi, the mother of Rishabha, the first Tirthankara of the present
time cycle, who reached such emancipation by elevating sequentially her
thought processes, while she was visiting her Tirthankara son. This
illustration explains how nirvana and moksha are different than in other
religions of India. In the presence of a Tirthankara, another soul achieved
Kevala Jnana and subsequently nirvana, without any need of intervention
by the Tirthankara.
4. The karmic theory in Jainism operates endogenously. Tirthankaras are not
attributed to a "godhood". Thus, even the Tirthankaras have to go through
the stages of emancipation to attain that state. While Buddhism does give
a similar account for Gautama Buddha, Hinduism maintains a totally
different theory regarding where "divine grace" is needed for
emancipation.
5. Jainism treats all souls equally, in that it advocates for all souls having the
same potential for attaining nirvana. Only those who make effort can
actually attain it, but nonetheless each soul is capable on its own of doing
so by gradually reducing its karma.

Western interpretation:
Many Western cultures have notions similar to karma, as demonstrated in the
phrase “what goes around comes around.” Christian expressions similar to
karma include “one reaps what one sows” “violence begets violence” and “live
by the sword, die by the sword.” In Hinduism, God plays a role and is seen as
a dispenser of its version of karma. The non-interventionist view is that of
Jainism and Buddhism, the latter originally a non-theist religion.

What sets Spiritism apart from the more traditional religious views is that it
understands karma as a condition inherent to the spirit, whether incarnated
or not: the consequences of the crimes committed by the spirit last beyond the
physical life and cause (moral) pain in the afterlife. The choice of a life of
hardships is, therefore, a way to rid oneself of the pain caused by moral guilt
and to perfect qualities that are necessary for the spirit to progress to a higher
form.

Because Spiritism always accepted the plurality of inhabited worlds, its

concept of karma became complex. There are worlds that are "primitive" (in
the sense that they are home to spirits newly born and still very low in intellect
and morals) and a succession of more advanced worlds where spirits move as
they are elevated. A spirit may choose to be born on a world inferior to his
own as a penance or as a mission.

New Age and Theosophy:

The idea of karma was popularized in the Western world through the work of
the Theosophical Society. In this conception, karma was a precursor to the
Neopagan law of return or Threefold Law, the idea that the beneficial or
harmful effects one has on the world will return to oneself. Colloquially this
may be summed up as 'what goes around comes around.'
The Theosophist I. K. Taimni wrote "Karma is nothing but the Law of Cause
and Effect operating in the realm of human life and bringing about
adjustments between an individual and other individuals whom he has
affected by his thoughts, emotions and actions." Theosophy also teaches that
when humans reincarnate they come back as humans only, not as animals or
other organisms.

In the west, karma is often confused with concepts such as the soul, psychic
energy, synchronicity (a concept originating with psychoanalyst Carl Jung,
which says things which happen at the same time are related), and ideas from
quantum or theoretical physics (which most physicists would not grant as
having any bearing on morality or codes of conduct, much less on
supernatural notions). This mishmash of word associations is well illustrated
by the once-common bumper sticker "My karma ran over your dogma."

Karma and emotions:

The modern view of karma, devoid of any spiritual exigencies, obviates the
need for an acceptance of reincarnation in Judeo-Christian societies and
attempts to portray karma as a universal psychological phenomenon, which
behaves predictably, like other physical forces such as gravity.
Sakyong Mipham eloquently summed this up when he said, “Like gravity,
karma is so basic we often don't even notice it”.

This view of karma, as a universal and personally impacting emotional

constant, correlates with Buddhist and Jungian understanding that volition
(or libido, created from personal and cultural biases) is the primary instigator
of karma. Any conscious thought, word and/or action, arising from a
cognitively unresolved emotion (cognitive dissonance), results in karma.

Jung once opined on unresolved emotions and the synchronicity of karma:

'When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside as fate.'
Popular methods for negating cognitive dissonance include meditation,
metacognition, counseling, psychoanalysis, etc., whose aim is to enhance
emotional self-awareness and thus avoid negative karma. This results in better
emotional hygiene and reduced karmic impacts. Permanent neuronal changes
within the amygdala and left prefrontal cortex of the human brain attributed
to long-term meditation and metacognition techniques have been proven
scientifically. This process of emotional maturation aspires to a goal of
individuation or self-actualization. Such peak experiences are hypothetically
devoid of any karma (nirvana).

Christallin’s Definition of Karma:

First read the above concepts a few more times (at least once). They are
complex, but by reading it over and over your soul will comprehend and distill
that which is applicable.

Amnesia of Negative Karma

Then realize that you have amnesia of most of the negative karma you have
built up through many lifetimes – and even events in this lifetime often escape
our memory. If you, for a moment, presume that this karma has an effect on
your current life, you do not have the luxury of believing that past lives do not
exist. It is better to accept that possibility and deal with it than allow your life
to be influenced by invisible factors which you have no grip on.

You deserve to have a great life

Deep down we all believe we are “good” people, and that we deserve better
lives/luck/fortune than we are currently experiencing. And according to
Christallin this holds true for most of us. We are meant to live our lives full of
happiness, health, love, success and abundance. That is what our Creator
wants for us. But it’s up to us to take the necessary actions, change our
thoughts and beliefs, work on our emotions and unresolved issues in order to
achieve higher levels of energy and vibration. For such high levels we need to
clear ourselves of all the karma we have created and are carrying around with
us.

I am responsible

The fact that you have amnesia of what you did, or did not do, in your past
doesn’t release you of responsibility. For every imbalance there is the need of
balancing it with a counter act that shows you have learned your lesson and
progressed to another level. It is possible to absolve past deeds by integrating
all the lessons and showing what they’ve learned in their present life. To this
end, there are a few ways to absolve from karma:

1. Initiation by an Illuminated Master.

2. Release by a clear channel acting as a gateway for the illuminated being to
work through.
3. A short cut by doing specific exercises to burn past negative karma such as
Pong Youp, Christallin Command and others. See our website
www.christallin.com for a free audio download: our karma burning
meditation.
4. By being aware of all the karmic dust that happens through negative
thoughts, judgments, gossip, acts from ego or emotion, greed, abuse of
power, and focus on worldly success, and immediately transmuting these
into the positive counter act.
5. By surrendering your free will to your illuminated self and accepting
guidance that is top down and not interfered with by the mind or ego.

So, some work is required to let go of all the unknown acts of ego, greed, lust,
and power that created some sort of misuse of your free will. Everything else is
hard work. Ignorance does not relieve you from post karmic effects that will
present themselves in your life as bad luck, suffering, disease, failure,
depression and unnecessarily hard work with little gain or happiness. When
the road is hard and without pleasure it is negative karma being expressed by
the way you approach life.

Your Karmic Practicum:

What is your definition of karma now? Where do you feel negative karma
being most at work in your life? Write this down on a piece of paper, then
close your eyes and check what comes up! Write that down. Then close your
eyes again and say this prayer:

“Dear source, I am sorry for any pain or suffering I have caused anyone in the
past, present or future. I ask to be forgiven and I forgive myself even for those
deeds I don’t recall. I ask now for the power of love and compassion and make
that my new path of choice. I am grateful for all the blessings I have and will
receive. Thank you, thank you and thank you, let me be the expression of your
will.”

Keep doing this exercise over and over until you feel only peace and harmony
regarding every part of your life.

Your Karmic Spirituality
As you have read in the last pages, negative karma is part of our life – whether
we like it or not. Choosing a comfort zone, where we allow ourselves to drift
into mediocrity and not strive to improve our way of doing things, is a loss of
time. To believe that past lives do not exist without doing the appropriate
research is a choice based on comfort. This does not release you from the fact
that the chance of it being true is far greater than the chance of it not being
true. But in reality it does not matter what you believe. Much more important
is what do you do with your current life.

The goal of this golden booklet is to give you a strategy, which will enhance
your chances of:

 Releasing all the effects of the karma of the past

 Building up massive amounts of positive karma
 Attracting more of what you want in life
 Helping you focus on what is good in your life
 Giving you the resources you need to go to the next level
 Helping you become more successful in business and helping you attract
more wealth
 Helping you overcome challenges on your path
 Teaching you the right mindset to approach life

It does not matter if you have a job, a business, or are self-employed like a
therapist, coach, or healer. These rules are the new rules for the new time.

Contemplation on Spirituality
Let us take a look at the development of the meaning of spirituality.

Classical and mediaeval meaning:

 Words translatable as 'spirituality' first began to arise in the 5th century

and only entered common use toward the end of the middle Ages.
 The term "spirituality" is derived from the Latin spiritualitas. It means to
be put in motion, to be a living person, and be driven. Spirituality means
to be driven by the Holy Spirit, as opposed to a life rejecting this influence.
 In the 11th century this meaning changed. Spirituality became the mental
aspect of life, as opposed to the material and sensual aspects of life.
 In the 13th century "spirituality" acquired a social and psychological
meaning. "The purity of motives, affections, intentions, inner dispositions,
the psychology of spiritual life, the analysis of feelings".

Early-modern meaning
In the 17th and 18th century spirituality was also associated with mysticism
and quietism, and acquired a negative meaning.
New Age
After the Second World War spirituality and religion became disconnected.A
new discourse developed, in which psychology, mystical and esoteric
traditions and eastern religions were blended, to reach the true self by self-
disclosure, free expression and meditation. Those who speak of spirituality
outside of religion often define themselves as spiritual but not religious and
generally believe in the existence of different "spiritual paths," emphasizing
the importance of finding one's own individual path to spirituality.

Modern Spirituality
Modern spirituality is centered on the "deepest values and meanings by which
people live." It embraces the idea of an ultimate, or an alleged, immaterial
reality. It envisions an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of
his/her being.

Spiritual-but-not-religious
Spirituality is not necessarily bound to any particular religious tradition.

Christallin says:

“Basic Spirituality is about believing in the existence of a power that is greater

than our human existence. It is knowing and acknowledging that this higher
power/consciousness/mind/energy (whatever you want to call it) is the source
of all being and has a greater plan. Many externally seeming non-spiritual
people are deeply spiritual. They just don’t know it. They are often deterred by
the behavior and preaching of those who see themselves as being spiritual. So
they turn silent and numb and allow others, who are noisier or “more pushy,”
to take over the stage. In these new times we are called to find our very own
versions and concepts of spirituality and have the courage to stand true to
them – may they be as individual and diverse as we are. It is not about blindly
taking over and following others but finding your own approach to
spirituality. Now is the time to find your very own truth and have the courage
to walk your talk – step by step becoming a beacon of light. And remember: it
is not about who creates the most noise or who pulls off the greatest show.
Light itself is silent and powerful. Think of how much comfort the light of a
candle can bring in moments of darkness. And that’s what you can be for
others. The goal is to become a bright light that leads the way by actions and
not mere words.”

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights about spirituality? Write them down. How do you rate
yourself on being spiritual? Do you believe or know that you are an immortal
being who has been around for a while and had many experiences in many
dimensions and incarnations? Feel this to be a truth in your heart and not just
a belief. Integrate it and breathe it in and out. Close your eyes and allow
yourself to be guided to an experience of a past life, whatever your spirit wants
you to see now. Before you begin, breathe the color purple in and out 12 times.
After that breathe the color gold 3 times and then count backwards from 7 to 1
and open your mind to receive information about another experience. Don’t
judge it; just observe.

When it is done, say:

“Dear source, I am sorry for any pain or suffering I have caused anyone in the
past, present or future. I ask to be forgiven and I forgive myself even for those
deeds I don’t recall. I choose now the power of love and compassion and
resolve to make that my new path of choice. I am grateful for all the blessings I
have and will receive. Thank you, thank you and thank you, let me be the
expression of your will.”

Repeat this exercise regularly, so you can cleanse your past karma.

Christallin on Positive Karma
In the end it does not matter if you call your path spiritual or not. It does not
matter if you have a religious belief or not. What matters is the following:

1. Know there is a Source of creation

There is a beginning for each being. We need to know that we are immortal
beings made of true Source-essence. You can call this source God, Source,
Creator or Source-Entity. To believe that we are here by some mere
coincidence and derived our intelligence by Darwinian evolution is
showing total ignorance of the vastness of the Universe, and is the same as
believing McDonald’s is the source of a good, organic, life-supporting diet.

2. Spiritual values
The qualities that are the expression of our Divine nature are love,
kindness, compassion, patience, tolerance, forgiveness, contentment,
responsibility, harmony, and a concern for others. This requires the
willingness to transform all negativity in our thoughts, acts and
expressions of self. The goal is to practice until it becomes natural to
express our authentic self instead of the false self that was created by our
life experiences.

Christallin says:

“Negative emotions and thoughts are NOT who we are. They are an illusion we
create out of separation from our Source. Whenever we notice we are trapped
in a cycle of negativity, it is necessary to wake up – realize – disconnect from
that energy and illusion and re-connect to our Divine essence. We are love and
love knows no fear. Do not allow fear to guide you but embrace yourself in
love, bathe in love, be love. Love is who you really are.”

Spiritual practices: Positive Karma Management

Spiritual practices may include meditation, mindfulness, prayer, and the
reflection on inspiring texts; ethical development. Positive Karma
Management in this context focuses on transforming thoughts, emotions,
words and actions to bring them into alignment with the belief that everything
in the universe is mutually dependent and traverses the time space continuum
and works backwards on the linear timeline, cleaning the past.

Christallin says:

Once you realize that you are not a solitary island amongst many other
solitary islands – but part of a vast connected network of living beings, you
cannot take yourself out of the equation any longer. You cannot say: “them”
and “me”, “I” and “the others,” nor can you not see the connections between
your thoughts, actions and the resulting situations and experiences you find
yourself in. As soon as you realize that we all come from the same Source and
are created out of love, you begin to understand that we must take
responsibility for all of our actions, thoughts, emotions and states. Whatever
we do, say or think is made of energy and this energy not only influences our
own state but also has an effect on those around us. You are more closely
intertwined than you think ,and just because you can’t see or understand the
links doesn’t mean they do not exist. Whenever you come from love, speak
with love, and act out of love you are creating positive karma and positively
influencing the energetic field around you. And this reflection of love will
always come back to you.

1. Spiritual Experience:
By having a spiritual practice one will sooner or later experience being
connected to a larger reality, yielding a more comprehensive self, with nature
or the cosmos, or with the divine realm. The best way to experience the
vastness of creation is to have a spiritual practice. A spiritual practice can be
anything that creates a state of awareness: meditating, praying, painting,
playing music, dancing or doing random acts of kindness. Whenever we allow
our minds to shut out the noise of everyday life and go inside of ourselves, we
are connected and in a state of expanded consciousness.

2. Personal well-being:
The positive effect from positive karma management is that what we send out
comes back to us. What we are grateful for, we get more off. So if you want to
attract positivity, health and love in your life, these have to be the thoughts
you send out. Over time this develops inner peace and forms a foundation for
happiness. Fear is a sign that karma has you in her grip and you need to
disconnect from that and re-connect to your source.

Why learn Positive Karma Management?

In the end it is all common sense, if you want to have a sparkling, radiating
life, this little booklet will give you enough strategies to create that with grace,
ease, health, joy, success, longevity and happiness in abundance. Like with
every other skill or talent, this requires commitment and consistency but it is
far less difficult than you think. This is a book to reread many times, to keep
you inspired and motivated.

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights so far? What requires work? What are your highest
priorities to work on? Make a list.

Chapter 1: Healer or Entrepreneur?

The confusion of spiritually-inclined people.

Both of us have been very successful in our businesses and by divine
intervention came in to the business of teaching others to be Holistic Healers,
Coaches and Oracles on the path of self -development. Even though we have
never sold our trainings as purely spiritual, we have had the pleasure to deal
with thousands of people who consider themselves spiritual or being on the
spiritual path. We discovered that nowhere else do you find so much
confusion, judgment, gossip and strong opinions as in this group of very
friendly people. The application of what is taught is often forgotten in the
same workshop.

Bending and twisting the principles

This group is also an expert in bending and twisting what they learn, to stay in
the negative. The creativity applied is incredible. The love test: For example,
in the new training program the attendants get a very low price and as an
extra, they also receive the gift of Remedies, which has more or less the sales
value of what they paid for the course. One person sends an email stating that
he did the love-test and came to the conclusion that it was not unconditional
because he does not know how to sell the Remedies. This way of bending and
reframing is quite normal. It never occurs to him that a) this is a gift and b)
that this gift can also be given away to others as a positive karma inducing act.

Christallin says:

“Some have the idea that being successful contradicts their selfless
spirituality. For those we have the following food for thought:
If you set your goal to be successful and you reach that goal, you will become a
role model for others. They will start copying you and as a result more people
will become happier.”

Our minds are the most dangerous companions

As you can see, we can reframe and twist any truth to our advantage if we
want to stay negative. That makes the mind a very dangerous asset that needs
to be retrained, re-wired, reprogrammed and re-engineered until it serves us
to attain the positive karma attitude we need to create a happy life. Our minds
are great processors of what we know consciously and unconsciously but it is
not the smartest computer in the Universe. There are systems out there we
can gain access to that have precise information about the reasons why we are
on this planet and what we came to do. So instead of choosing limited
information, this booklet will help you shift gears and make a choice which
will give you access to a much better system.

So let’s start with the first step by looking at the way we are making money.
This is an area of much confusion, sabotage and frustration. It is our
experience that many good meaning, spiritually inclined people have
enormous problems with the issue of money. For that reason we give trainings
in the new prosperity principles, so we can shift the way we deal with this
issue.

Do you have a business?

What we mean is, whether you are selling shoes or are a healer, is there a
difference when it comes to spirituality? For the healer there is a difference
and it starts often with the misconception that: they don’t have a business,
that they are just healers.

What is the definition of a business?

A business (also known as enterprise or firm) is an organization involved in
the trade of goods, services, or both, to consumers. Businesses may also be
non-profit or state-owned. The etymology of “business” relates to the state of
being busy, either as an individual or society, doing commercially viable and
profitable work.

Basic forms of ownership:

Sole proprietorship: A sole proprietorship is a business owned by one person

for-profit. The owner may operate the business alone or may employ others.

Partnership: A partnership is a business owned by two or more people.

Corporation: A corporation is a limited liability business that has a separate
legal personality from its members.

Cooperative: Often referred to as a “co-op”, a cooperative is a limited liability

business that can organize for-profit or not-for-profit. A cooperative differs
from a for-profit corporation in that it has members, as opposed to
shareholders, who share decision-making authority.

Holistic Practitioners or Healers

In the simplest form, you can see yourself as the business (sole
proprietorship), in that you offer yourself for hire to other businesses, either
full-time or part-time. A medical doctor with a practice has a business and
usually employs other persons to work for him. A holistic practitioner, coach
or healer is in the business of profit; they want to have a good income. You will
of course have other motives for being a healer and practitioner as well, such
as “wanting to do good” and “helping people.” These motives are generally
deemed honorable, and are most likely the reason you started doing what you
do. But you also have to be blunt and honest with yourself about your need to
survive, pay bills and deal with material goods, all of which require money.
The latter is no less honorable than wanting to help others. It’s just our
conditioning (society, religion etc.), which makes us believe it is not ok to be a
rich helper. Yet the Universe, our Creator, wants us to be happy, healthy and
abundant. There is nothing wrong with prospering whilst aiding others.

The fact that you struggle only means that you don’t have a good strategy, or
that you are not good at doing your business. Denying that you are engaged in
commercial deeds (ie., asking money for your services), and that that is not
“business as usual,” is either being purposefully blind, or reframing your
business as “spiritual” and having misconceptions about it.

Spirituality does not mean you have to struggle

The fact that your business is “spiritual” does not mean that you can’t make
good money at it. If you are not making good money then it is because you are
lacking certain skills or strategies. One of the weakest skills in holistic
communities is marketing and sales. Some practitioners tell me proudly that
they never made any advertisements. My question is always: How long did it
take you to make a good living? The average answer is 2 to 3 years. My remark
to them then is, “I was making good money from the 1st day of being in
practice with a waiting list of 3 months before I opened my practice.” That is
the difference between someone who understands business and someone who
is just in it for being spiritual and suffers. The most expensive training I ever
took was by the most famous and effective marketing guru Jay Abrahams. I
paid $25,000 for a 4 day of training. I believe that my success is 90% because
of that training. I understood one thing early on: Without good marketing, I
would be less effective. Marketing is creating a desire for your product or
service.

Christallin says:

“It is important for you to see the whole picture and ask yourself: How can you
be most effective? How can you bring most healing and help to the world? By
suffering and living in lack? Or by enjoying your work and being abundant?
The world needs happy, prosperous healers!”

Your first step is to own your business

This means that you and only you are responsible for your income. If you have
a job, the question is: are you making effective use of your talents? If you are
happy with your income than there is nothing to do except improve your
positive karma stream. If you are not earning enough, then do not complain.
Rather, do something about it, and/or learn to be grateful for what you have.
You own your time, but you also own your happiness, your health and your
enjoyment of life. If you complain, you are sacrificing one part of yourself for
money, and that is not worth it. Nothing is worth losing your health, joy or
happiness for. You are your business and you have to own that business.

Inner marketing
Your main business is to be happy, healthy, vital, and enjoy life. That is the
purpose of your life and the best way to do it is get into the positive karma
business. If you take care of your own happiness first, then this is what we call
inner marketing. The messages you send out into the unlimited space of
information (quantum field, zero point field) is positivity, love and harmony.
The rest of the world will align with that.

It goes back to the basic idea that “what you send out comes back”. You have
to be inside what you want to attract outside. If you are a grumbling heap of
misery you will find others who will provide the service of reflecting that back
at you. In order to get out of a stuck state, you must first accept that you were
the one creating it in the first place, and that the Universe only helped you by
manifesting situations for you to learn from and change – with your own
power. So get out of the victim state and be grateful for the lessons. Be grateful
for what you have achieved and already have in life. Focus on the small and
large things you like and love in your life/business/relationships. Connect to
an inner, deep sense of gratitude. Let that feeling grow inside of you – like a
seedling, watering it with your love and shining your faith like warm rays of
sun on it. Allow it to grow into a strong plant and you will be amazed at how
gratitude can transform even the most stuck state.

Say to yourself:

“Dear Creator, thank you for giving me this opportunity to learn from the
situation I am in. Allow me to see the goodness, love and magnificence in my
life. Help me focus on all the blessings I have already received. Let me see
what I cannot see, open my ears to your messages and open my heart to your
love. Let love and gratitude be the driving force in my life, so I can create the
wonders you have in mind for me. I am ready to, now, with your guidance,
transform all the negativity in my life into more blessings. I surrender to your
guidance and do so with a joyful, grateful heart.”

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights so far? What requires work? How grateful are you? Do
you connect with that feeling every day? What are your highest priorities to
work on? Make a list.

Outer Marketing
Once you have mastered the art of positive karma management (inner
marketing), you can focus on outer marketing and think how and where to get
your message out. The first thing to do is know what your message is. What we
notice is that healers and holistic practitioners often overload their potential
clients with information. They put 20 titles on their business card and cramp
their website (if they have one) with how many courses they have done. The
only one you are trying to convince is yourself. Marketing is an art, and a
separate skill that needs to be learned. Get help from professionals and learn
from them. Be willing to invest in these experts – if this is creating a
professional homepage or just a business card. Many of these experts will also
need help, so be creative: what can you offer in exchange for their help? Don’t
limit yourself to offering just one type of service. If the person is not open to
healing work, offer other services such as: editing texts, running errands,
walking the dog, babysitting, cooking…. Many professionals have a great lack
of time. And if your business is not up and running yet, you have a surplus of
time. Think of how you can help them best and you are bound to find a
graphic designer, internet expert etc..., who will happily take you up on your
offer.
Evaluation of your business
The purpose of a business is to create value for its owners by providing a
service or product to others. From time to time it is good to have someone
with expertise look at your business. I used to be a consultant for some of my
students when I was working in Los Angeles, California many decades ago. I
did that because I was not allowed to work as a medical doctor in America, so
I decided to become a business consultant for Holistic practitioners. I had run
3 very successful practices and had the biggest private acupuncture clinic in
the Netherlands. In my free time I had studied marketing with Jay Abraham
and Jay Levinson (guerilla marketing).

All the holistic practitioners wanted to make more money and had no time.
The questions I would ask were: HOW is your business doing now, how much
money are you making? WHAT is your business doing? This could be
acupuncture, natural medicine, etc. HOW is it performing? And then the most
important question: what's wrong with whatever you are doing now? I would
look at how effectively they used their time. For example some of them would
do everything: take the phone, make appointments and handle the payments.
They thought they were saving money by not having an assistant, when I
showed them that just by being able to see 1 client a day extra with the time
they were losing by doing the handling they would be able to pay the assistant,
reduce the stress level in the practice and increase their efficiency.

Then I looked at the business' outer marketing- strategy, the business model,
the sales approaches, the competitive positioning, the competition, execution
and product/service offering. Then we evaluated the inner marketing: belief
systems, limiting behaviors, ideological gaps, sabotages and mission
statement. Many did not have a mission statement. A mission statement gives
a clear picture of why you are doing what you are doing. The “why” is the most
important part of your business. It is your calling, your reason of being and
doing.

Last but not least was the infrastructure and profit picture.
I looked for limiting performance, inhibitors, restrictive approaches, untapped
marketing potential, overlooked profit sources, underperforming activities,
people, processes, advertising, etc.

Then, I explained my conclusions and presented a higher and better

performance replacement, refinement, and additional or alternative realities
to consider. I have always been able to help my clients at least double their
income while working less and with less stress. This expertise has helped me
to see the most important part of spirituality: when you do good, the more
efficient you are in spreading your message the better results and rewards you
will receive.

I believe that if Jesus were alive today he would probably have a website and
do healings over the Internet. The reason for that? Because he could reach and
help more people. His miracles would be on you tube and he would have a fan
page on Facebook. Money would not be his driving force, but rather the
compassion to help as many people as he could.
Find your niche and build a reputation
A better way is to find your niche: what is it that you like to do, what gives you
the most pleasure? What kind of problems do you enjoy tackling? What is
your gift? That has to become your main message. That is the foundation of
your image. For example, mine was being a problem solver. If a person got
stuck in other therapies and with other healers, I was able to find the reasons
why their therapy wasn’t work. People came from everywhere to see me. My
business card was simple: Roy Martina, MD, acupuncturist-homeopath. Then
a second line read: If you are stuck, I know what to do.

Christallin says:

“We have noticed that when you ask a healer/coach/therapist what they do for
a living, they find it difficult to explain. It even seems that they are not so sure
themselves what it is they are doing, or offering. How are you going to get
others interested in your services if you can’t put them into words? What do
you have to offer? Why should people seek your help? What can you do for
them? Make it easy for them to understand HOW you can help them, WHAT it
is that you do and WHAT this means for them. What’s your specialty? Keep it
simple – they have problems, you have solutions for those problems. Address
these problems in an understandable, straightforward way and show/tell
them what you can do to solve them. Write down answers to the above
questions in a few clear sentences. This way you are prepared when your next
potential client comes your way and asks you “What do you do?”

Passive income
Last but not least, one of the things that will increase your level of wealth and
comfort is creating some source of passive income. Passive income comes
from doing something that keeps bringing in money without further effort.
For example, a book can bring in passive income in the form of royalties. You
can keep on selling webinars, instructional videos, guided meditations,
remedies and other specific items on your website. Another good way is to
become so successful that you can hire other practitioners, who pay you a
percentage on the clients that you don’t have time to treat. In my practice I
had 9 professionals working that all paid me 30-50% of their turnover. When
I went on vacation, I was still making money. That is passive income. Another
example of a source of passive income is owning a house that you can rent out
to others. There are many ways to make passive income, such as investing
money, which can be profitable but requires a level of skill. The best way in
this modern era is to have a website with digital products that attracts
customers. You don’t need to have your own products, there are many affiliate
systems with which you can make money selling someone else’s products.
Another way is to take the things you repeat to a lot of your customers and
condense them in a video course on the internet. As long as your business is
built on the rules of positive karma management, you will be in good business.

Final question
Are you in the business of helping others or are you a hobbyist making ends
meet by helping others?
Answer this question and check which limiting beliefs came up when you were
reading this chapter and what is holding you back from being successful in
your business.

Your Karmic Practicum:

What do you need to do to create passive income? What do you need to

improve on in your inner marketing? Which beliefs do you need to transform?
How will you do that?

Suggestion: get a coach to work with you. How else would you know that these
beliefs have been replaced by new beliefs?

Before going to bed, imagine a world where you already believe what you need
to believe. Spend time in this parallel reality. Before you return, imagine you
can download the experience in your current experience as a navigator to get
you where you want to go. Repeat this regularly.

Chapter 2: Your Spiritual Ego

Ego wants enlightenment

The label “Healer” can be replaced by working for charity, practicing natural
medicine, teaching yoga or meditation, running a recycle organization,
working in organic agriculture, etc… To understand these principles fully, you
first need to know that the ego is that part of you which wants to be
recognized, appreciated, admired, respected and trusted. Spirit is about
growth, about evolving to be the grandest vision of the most divine image of
you. There is an infinite amount of time required to get there. The spirit does
not care how you get there or how long it takes; it is only concerned about the
experience. It does not care if you are happy or not, it does not care if you are
healthy or not, or live a long or short life. It follows a larger plan. It is focused
on the long term or eternity, and will adjust plans based on what you
accomplish, or do not accomplish. It has high hopes for you, but it can also
realize when you are stuck and not going anywhere. Then it can call you back
home, create an accident, a challenge or a disease to get you focused. The ego
wants to be special, or to just be normal. Either preference depends upon the
programming of your mind. If, as a child, you did not get lots of attention you
could do two things: accept it or fight it. The strategy you learnt as a child will
determine what you do later in life.

Spirituality as a way to satisfy the ego

Spiritual groups are special. Lots of people do “weird” things. They meditate,
are vegans, wear special clothes and are more open to discussing subjects
“normal” people stay away from. You can see big egos wanting attention in
these groups, especially in our field of workshops. It starts with the guru or
trainer, the assistants and the attendants. All of these are competing for a bit
of the attention. There is a lot of competition; sometimes it goes to extremes,
where some try to outperform others by being special or different. So, for
some people becoming a healer or holistic practitioner is about feeling special
and better than “normal” people. This is a slippery road to walk, because,
when it comes to karma, there is no difference between a healer and a person
cleaning streets. It is how consciously you live your life that will determine if
you are karma positive or karma negative. Just being spiritual and doing
spiritual things is not enough.

We will help to change your mindset about spirituality. It is not about how
many hours you meditate; it is not about eating vegetarian; it is not about
positive thinking or reciting mantras.

Christallin says:

“It is about what you DO, THINK, and SAY every day. Who are you in your
most secret moments? The ones you believe don’t matter, because nobody is
watching? The Creator is watching, listening, feeling with you at all times.
Praying and patiently waiting for you... for you to at last realize that you are
not separate from Him… but an essential, crucial part of the whole. You DO
matter – at all times.”

What we are taking about?

This is about is allowing guidance in your life in a new way, about becoming
aware of how to clean your karmic plate, how to build up positive karma and
how to become happier and healthier, whilst enjoying life to the fullest. Being
a healer is not good enough. We have seen thousands of suffering, angry,
negative, gossiping, complaining, hypocritical, lying and confused people in
our workshops. Being a healer does not cut it; it is about your attitude and the
choices you make on a daily basis.

Your Karmic Practicum:

What makes you special is not what you do but who you are. Make a list of the
qualities in you that make you special. In other words: what do you like about
yourself and what areas need improvement. Make a list of what you have to
work on and then make it a daily task to work on improving those qualities.
What do you need to do to get that job done?

Also make a list of 3 people you admire and love. Then another with 3 more
people you don’t get on with, or don’t approve of. Ponder the thought: The
character traits you love most about someone else is what you most want for
yourself. And the behavior that repels you most in others addresses parts of
yourself that you are not acknowledging.

Chapter 3: The Christallin Karmic Principals

Positive Karma Management

Your negative thoughts are the result of your past karma. Your thinking is
regulated by the activity of your chakras. The first chakra is the chakra that
corresponds with feeling safe on this planet. When that chakra is not in
balance you will feel unsafe and insecure and you will project this feelings
onto the world and thus attract situations which confirm your belief that the
world is unsafe.

How You Think Impacts the Results You Experience

So, if you want to change your thinking, you have to find ways to balance your
chakras. The long way is to reframe your thoughts. This means that every
thought which is not positive should be transformed into a positive thought.
This will eventually become a new habit and overrule the negative thought
patterns. It also means that you take control of your thoughts and do not allow
the past to lead the way with negativity.

Christallin says:

“Let go of the things you don’t know. Bring peace into your soul by living in
the moment. Make peace with yourself. Let yourself off the hook for the things
you have done and let the past be the past. Let go of the thoughts that don’t
make you strong.”

Burning or transforming your karma works faster

By focusing on transforming your life, your way of thinking will speed up the
process of integrating the Positive Karma Inducing Principles.
Taking control of your karmic process is the way to go. You impact the world
with the “projections of your inner self.” These “impressions” have an impact
on the people you interact with daily. These impressions are a choice you
make when you choose your thoughts, words and actions. And by consciously
thinking, speaking and acting, you can positively impact your business and
your life.

Put your focus on managing your thinking process

The idea is to put your focus on thinking, speaking and doing the “right
things” and to stop worrying about what happens. The concept of karma says
that if you do the right things (acts coming from love, compassion and
wisdom), the right things will happen to you as well.

Whenever you catch yourself indulging in negative thought patterns, tell your
brain to stop! Your thoughts are not you, they are just regurgitations of past
experiences. They are worthless and you can retrain your brain by not
nurturing negativity within you. We love the way of the Hawaiian shamans,
who clear themselves of negative thoughts (and situations they encounter)
with a special mantra:
“I love you. Please forgive me. I am sorry. Thank you.”

Repeat this mantra whenever you become aware of negative thoughts and/or
feelings.

Karma works like a boomerang

What you send out, returns to you sooner or later. That is why it is important
we keep working on ourselves to overcome the unconscious patterns of
resistance and sabotage. Things don’t go the way we want because we’re not
aware of the unconscious ways we sabotage our success.

Focus on what you can do

Stop worrying about whether something will work or not. If something does
not work out find another way. Change your strategy. Wasting emotional
energy by worrying and being fearful wastes brain space, life force and time.
Pretend, imagine and believe that things will work out.

Christallin says:

“The only failure is inaction. Everything else is trial and error.”

Living in two realities at the same time

It is not about being positive; it is about living in the future as if it has already
happened. In your mind, connect with those people who have done this before
you and download their skills and experience, making them yours. Only when
you can create two realities at the same time, a future reality where you are
successful while still living in the present reality that appears real, will you be
able to manifest faster. Connect to successful people and learn from them.
How do they talk, behave? Observe and study their attitude and way of life.
Take one of these people as your role model and imagine they are your real life
mentor. Find ways of translating their concepts into your life.

Find the blueprint of the cause

If something doesn’t work each time you try it, then it doesn’t work. But there
is a blueprint of how it should work. You have to take time and imagine you
can connect to that blueprint. Imagine you can download the blueprint of
success and allow the ideas to come to you. There is always love in this blue
print. How can you give more love, how can you be more kind, how can you
show more compassion. Who else can you help out that which is in need of
support? By zooming in on this blueprint you are shifting your karmic balance
in 2 ways: asking for guidance and doing positive karma work.

Who are your karmic business partners?

Who is playing this business game with you? It is important to understand
that there are no strangers. Everyone who interacts with you is there because
of a bigger game plan. Even if it is for a second. There are no people who
coincidently pass by. Everyone you have contact with is part of the total
karmic game you are playing in life.
There are 5 groups that you have to consider:

1. Your team players

These are colleagues, co-workers, employees, staff, volunteers and anyone that
is part of your team to create success. If you work by yourself, than you have
multiple roles you are playing; receptionist, administration, cleaner, etc. You
are your team.

2. Your clients
Your customers are the ones that give you food to eat, and you have to find
ways to bind them to you by surprising them and giving them more than they
expect. Keep surprising them and sending little things that can be helpful for
them. With the internet there are so many possibilities. Under-promise and
over-deliver.

3. Your suppliers
Your suppliers can consist of many different people. Treat them better than
“needed.” Let them know you are grateful for their help. Surprise them with
little gifts, kind words, pay them compliments. You can give them vouchers for
a free treatment if you are a therapist. If they do a great service, let them
know! Go out of your way to appreciate them. With Christmas send them a
card and a gift with a thank you note. Do the same for your clients. You are
never too busy to write a thank-you note.

4. Your competitors
There is no competition, we are all in the same karmic game doing the best we
can with the resources we have. By visiting your colleagues and inviting them
for coffee, discuss your challenges and offer help by telling what works for
you. Find ways to help each other. See your competitors as partners with
similar goals. You can help each other and create a strong network that helps
all of you.

5. The perfect stranger

The stranger is anyone you speak to on the street: a cashier in a shop, a beggar
on the street. Treat them with the most respect and an intention to bring a
smile to their face. Find a cause for charity, and give away part of your income.
Bless the money you give because it will return to you multifold. Acts of
random kindness score the highest because they are the expression of
unconditional love in action.

Your Karmic Practicum:

Take the time and effort to put a plan together for how you will think, speak
and act with each group in order to help them achieve and succeed. This way
you will succeed too.

Make a list of the 5 groups and make daily notes of what you have done for
each.
Chapter 4: The 13 Laws of Karma

The laws of karma keep us on track

In eternity we need a system to keep us evolving and growing so we can
experience the ultimate goal, which is illumination - the state where there is
no more hindrance of the information flow of wisdom, love and harmony that
comes from the source itself. This is the reason for karmic laws. Many
religions have given their own interpretation and used them to induce fear,
abuse and instill the feeling of powerlessness in billions of people. The
opposite is the actual goal: human endeavor with the hope for peace and joy.

Doing good, brings good; likewise for bad.

A. Cause and Effect

The Great Law of Karma.

As you sow, so shall you reap. What you send out returns back to you in
the timelessness of infinity. This is why we are responsible for all our
deeds through time and space.

The Law of Attraction

You attract what you are, not what you want. What we dream of and
desire can be created by working on ourselves first and removing the
karmic dust, blocks and sabotage. The Law of Attraction is a Siamese
twin of the Law of Creation. Your participation affects the outcome.
Your surroundings (what you attract and what is in your life) are clues
to your inner nature.

Law of Humility
What you resist, persists. What you object to reflects who you are
inside. Are you lost in the illusion and deny who you are? Our shadow
side is the part of us that we suppress and that comes back to haunt us
by being triggered by circumstances that make us judge and condemn.

Law of Growth
Wherever you go, there you are. If you don’t change, nothing is
changed. You bring your shadow side with you wherever you go.
Running away from a challenge is postponing your growth process. By
not finding the courage to confront lovingly and speak your truth you
are doomed to suffer forever. Slowly learned changes, made in the
heart, are the ones that last.

B. Personal Action

Law of Mirrors
Whenever there is something wrong, there is something wrong in us.
Law of Mirrors. Are you contributing and making a difference in a
loving way? Everything on your path is a mirror for you to look inside,
if there is unrest outside, there is unrest inside. By going inside you
solve the problem.

Law of Synchronicity
Whatever you do may be insignificant, but it is very important that you
do it. Learn discipline & humility. We all count and we are one. It is the
long term that counts. Remember you will be tested and you still have
to deal with the fallout of previous deeds. So you can do everything
right and still things cannot work out. But stay on track. In the end, the
reward is the growth you have achieved.

Law of Direction & Motives

You can’t think of two things at the same time. Do you foster hidden
agendas for personal gain or do you think beyond yourself?
Incongruences are the biggest reason for self-sabotage. Fear is the deep
cause here. The fear of success and the jealousy of others block us from
moving forward.

Law of Willingness
If you believe something to be true, then sometime in life you must
demonstrate that truth. Be very careful what you believe and always
work on your negative beliefs and words. Never speak negatively about
yourself, as this is essentially putting a curse on yourself. Afraid of hard
work? Put up or shut up.

C. History and Results

Law of Be Here Now

You can’t go home again but you must try. Let go of the past and move
on. Focus on where you are and what you need to do inside to move
forward. Keep letting go of the past, forgive, forget and keep the
lessons.

Law of change
The more things change, the more they stay the same. History repeats
itself until you learn the lessons that change your path. Lessons are
forgotten but the wisdom stays and that is expressed in a new behavior;
and what you attract is different or has a different effect.

Law of Patience and Reward

When you focus on the good in your life, good things happen. Do you
focus on what you don’t have? Do you seek the flashy instead of the
basics? Joy comes from doing what you’re supposed to do no matter
how simple or grand. Big dreams are fine but your happiness should
not depend on achieving them, the path is where you find your
happiness, not in the completion of the path.

Law of Value & Upliftment

What you put in, you get back. Whatever you contribute will uplift or
decrease the whole. The value is the energy extended. Many choose the
comfort zone of mediocrity. They stop being interested in learning new
things. They identify with their professions and what they have
achieved in the past. Our brains are created for a never-ending growth
process. Most old age diseases are because of laziness, not old age. You
have to exercise the body, eat healthy and keep the brain challenged
with new tasks and new studies. Never stop evolving.

Your Karmic Practicum:

Read this one more time and realize that it is up to you to internalize these
principles and express them in your life. Write down what you have to work
on. Print the 13 Principles and read them daily.

Chapter 5: Make Money Fall “In Love” With You

A Mindset Shift For Success

Success can be many things to many people; part of it is to have abundance

that is expressed by having enough money to be able to give away big parts of
it without it hurting. Being able to pay taxes and feel good, being able to buy
things that you want but do not really need. Being able to make an impact on
changing the world. Being able to help others become successful. Being able to
spend money to take time off and work on your health, relationships, family
and friends.

In the two previous chapters we explained the absolute importance of

understanding the underlying concepts of karma behind whatever it is you do.
It's an ability we've seen consistently in the people we admire, the people we
love to spend time with. A great friend of ours is the co-owner and founder of
a wonderful etheric oil company called Primavera. He is the shining example
of living his life according to the karmic principles. The marketplace, for
whatever reason, doesn't seem to place as much importance on these
principles as the really successful people do.

In this book we share some steps for uncovering your most important tactics
to being successful, but first you need to understand that your mindset is
everything.

Here is the explanation about why this is so important.

There is an overall mindset that you need to have in order to be successful as a

Positive Karma Entrepreneur. Most don't have this mindset and end up
failing.

The mindset we are talking about is the distinction between the illusion of
security and the reality of uncertainty. It's our belief that what keeps
‘opportunity seekers’ struggling more than any other single factor is their
desire to find a certain, secure way of doing things. "Tell me exactly what to do
and how much money I'll make." That, on both levels, is a desire for security
and certainty.

The truth of the matter is that there is almost nothing certain regarding the
important decisions we face. Of course if you want to make a pizza, you can
get a recipe online. But there is almost no step-by-step plan that, even if you
follow it to the letter, will guarantee exact results. There is no recipe that will
guarantee success in growing a business, attracting your spouse, or excelling
in just about anything else. Some trainers have found ways to help you by
removing subconscious blocks, but they cannot guarantee 100% that it will
work, as the hidden factors are the compilation of karma-dust you have to
balance.

It just doesn't work that way. Life doesn't work that way.
Yet the desire to find certainty is what keeps so many people heading down
the wrong track.

The reality of the situation is obviously very different. Only by embracing the
fact that the entrepreneurial path is one where you have to be comfortable
with a certain level of uncertainty can you ultimately have confidence walking
down it. We still meet many challenges on our path, and sometimes have to
change course because it is not working for whatever reason.

Inner vs. External Confidence

The difference is: if you've built up confidence in your ability to handle any
challenge life, business, the marketplace, your competitors or your clients
throw at you; then you'll have an inner confidence. Not an external
confidence because you are following something very specific that promises to
get you some very specific outcome. It is the same as inner marketing; you
have to master your inner world first before you can master the outer world.

Looking back on the years, we have found that this is what it takes for a
holistic practitioner to become a successful strategic entrepreneur. It is more
important than any other single factor - it is the most important mindset shift.

If you believe in the illusion of security or finding the gold pot at the end of the
rainbow, you'll always be in a desperate pursuit of the right resource, the
winning secret or tactic that will make everything super wonderful in your life.
Whereas if you are in touch with reality, especially the reality of uncertainty,
then you realize that there is no single tactic that will give you everything you
want.

And the only way that you can confidently walk down that path of uncertainty
is by understanding the umbrella theory underlying what you're trying to
achieve, and then developing tactics and strategies based on that.

Make money fall in love with you

For money to love you, you need to love yourself first. You need to find
reasons to be proud of being you. Once you have done that, you focus on
feeling worthy and deserving abundance beyond what you can imagine
making by your own efforts. Being worthy of abundance that is greater than
you think you can achieve is how you make money fall in love with you,
because you have created a blueprint for it to come too. To maintain that
energy flow you need to focus on being grateful for all that you have.

Your Karmic Practicum:

Learn to fall in love with yourself without being narcissist. Appreciate

yourself, like yourself and respect yourself for what you have accomplished in
your life and the path you have chosen to walk. What are you proud of about
yourself?
Create a magic incantation (interactive visualization) of you feeling worthy, a
fantasy where angels come and sing songs for you, because you are worthy of
love and abundance. Focus on receiving and feel that you are in an ocean of
unconditional love.

Anchor this feeling with an affirmation:

I welcome all the blessings of the Universe and I

am open to receive more and more each day. I deserve being blessed in
abundance and love. There is no end to what I can receive. Thank you, thank
you and thank you. It is done.

Gratefulness is a daily practice 24/7.

Every moment keep your focus on being grateful. This is the most attractive
energy for money to come to, it will come where it is appreciated and where it
is summoned to come. Money is an energy, and a consciousness, closely
related to matter. Matter is related to Mother earth. So direct your
gratefulness to our planet and thank it every day for taking care of you. Allow
it to know that you are open to receive.

Christallin says:

“Give tribute to your spiritual parents: Mother Earth and Father Spirit. You
are a child of the Universe and the love of your spiritual parents flows through
you at all times. It is up to you to be consciously aware of the love. Start simple
and make it a habit to always ground yourself – it’s as easy as counting from 1-
3: tie your little ritual to something you do every day, like tooth brushing. And
anchor your grounding exercise with the brushing of your teeth. Imagine roots
growing out of the soles of your feet, or throwing an anchor…right down in to
the core of the earth, into the magma. Let go of any worries, fears and
emotions and thank Mother earth for transforming those energy clouds for
you. Send her your love and blessings, wish her well … your love will help her
too. At night create a ritual for connecting to Father Spirit. If you look into the
night sky (in real or in your mind), imagine sending the love from your heart
up to that star and wait for the answer from your spiritual father. For some it
feels like a soft rain or a spark of light, travelling through the Universe, into
your crown chakra and on into your heart. Feel the blessing of your father and
thank him for always watching over you. “

Setting Goals or Just Going with the Flow?

When we set goals, our natural reaction is to do anything and everything we

can to achieve them. That also includes cheating and unethical behavior in
order to complete the task. Or just as bad, giving up our health and neglecting
our relationships in order to get where we want to be. We have all been there.
We can relate to being so focused on what we want that we forget other things
that are important to us.
So if setting goals can bring unintended harmful side effects to our business,
what are we to do? We still need to set a course for the future and measure the
progress.

Most important measuring your Positive Karma Endeavors setting

benchmarks of learning, and understanding how to gain positive karma, are
best.

Instead of setting a resolution to make more money from your business,

set a goal of learning ways or activities that can make you more profitable
while doing it in a way that is karma positive. Find new ways to be creative
and to give to others.

This way you or your employees assess multiple areas of the business where
you can improve karma positivity, without neglecting and without focusing
too narrowly on one path.

Focus on Positive Karma Activities

In other words focus more on karma positive activities rather than outcomes
you want to achieve. If you want to want to lose weight, look into what
methods and activities can do that for you and make you feel happy and
positive while doing it. Who can you help to lose weight too?
You leave the path open to all opportunities and inhibit cheating and other
harmful behaviors by focusing on what you can give to help others.

The Positive Side Effects to this Method?

People often find themselves intrinsically motivated to work harder since the
joy factor is an important part of positive karma.

Christallin says:

“If we enjoy what we do, we are usually also good at it. What we are good at,
we succeed in. What we are successful in, almost always reflects profitability.
If we are profitable, we are more likely to share. When we share we are at our
happiest. “

The method creates a positive loving environment where people want to

achieve and help in an ethical manner all on their own. They find the activities
rewarding on their own and work harder, better and faster because they derive
pleasure from it without being incentivized by outside forces.

Remember: experiencing pleasure and joy in what you do is the way to make
money fall in love with, or be attracted to, your work.

Life is Cyclical
Life is a series of cycles. Nature & time goes round and round. Nature is one.
The yin & yang, up & down, front & back, etc. Nature seeks balance. Balance
brings peace. We are in a dynamic state. Things not ready to change will be
forced to change. It’s the same with money, there are up cycles and down
cycles, get used to that, when the cycle is up, you save for when the cycle is
down.

Divide Your Income in 4 Parts:

Living money;Savings for unforeseen; Savings long term; Charity.

When the cycle is up, more goes into the 3 other parts that are not for daily
living.

Christallin says:

“Get used to your personal ‘down times’. Don’t fight them. They are part of life
and they are necessary. Use your down times for things like study and
meditation. Expanding your mind can be one of the most “productive” things
you can do. You cannot be productive in the active, “doing” sense of the word
at all times in all areas. Learn to not just do, but also be. Allow yourself to be
guided into the appropriate actions at the right time. There are times for
activity, times for rest. Times for taking your energy outwards, times for
staying inside of yourself. Time for speaking, time for listening. Work times,
study times, play times. Make sure you keep a balance between these times
and watch out not to consistently neglect any of the areas of your life: Work,
play, take care of your body & physical health, mind & spiritual growth, and
relationships.”

Letting go of Money in a Positive Karma Way

When we give away money-help-love, we prove that we have the power to get
more, or that we don’t need it. The ultimate power that the universe gave us is
free will. Proving it is the ultimate power.

So practice giving a way part of your income to help others become successful.
Find someone to sponsor in their studies so they can become successful, and
also mentor them and teach what you know. If you have no money to give
away, find other ways to be charitable: devote some of your time instead.
Baking your frail neighbor a cake or talking to a lonely person is just as
meaningful as donating money to a good cause.

Your Karmic Practicum:

Practice: Implement Positive Karma Inducing principles in your life and

business. Write down a few ideas that you can implement immediately, like
making a guided recording for all your clients that they can take home.
Ask yourself who you know that is good at making money in your field and
what can you learn from them? What are the skill-set that they have that make
them successful? What can you duplicate?
Chapter 6: The Free Will Paradox?

In the bible it says: “Thy will be done.”

Questions often asked related to this subject:

Why would any sane person give up his or her free will? Won’t you become a
puppet and just have no opinion? What is it worth living that way? I believe I
can do it myself, why would I give up my free will? I am doing fine, why would
I do such thing?

The question we ask the person:

What if this Higher being you give permission to guide you is your own Divine
Self?

 What if you knew that before you were incarnated you had a plan for this
life, specific goals, experiences and lessons?
 Wouldn’t you want to know if you are on track?
 What if you knew that if you don’t want to continue you can always change
your mind, like how you have done so many previous life times?
 What if you knew that you have tried doing it on your own over 500 life-
times and it is not the fastest way to get what you want?

And it comes down to these final questions:

 What would you prefer, to get a map of the world and have to figure out
what your path is, knowing that that way would have many detours,
distractions and dead-ends?
 Or would you prefer to get access to the best navigational system in the
world that is already encoded with the perfect path for you to walk?
 Which path will you choose?

It is up to us to Decide

There is no good or bad choice; all choices will get you there eventually. It is
not about becoming a robot. On the contrary, it is a path of exploration,
learning and discovering. Except there’s one big difference: Are you willing to
plunge in the deep when asked to? To give up everything when you need to. To
cut all links when that is the best way? To stand up for yourself, develop new
talents and have the most challenging battle with your need for security, love,
appreciation, acceptance and admiration? This path is walking the
unchartered road of finding peace inside instead of outside, accepting that you
may be rejected or thought weird or different. It takes courage to walk this
path. Many masters have walked this path, as it is the best way to become a
master of your own destiny. It is now your choice to choose this way or stay on
your current path. If you give up the need to make decisions and allow the
Higher Self to work through you, then it is not up to you anymore. Your job is
to relax and follow the instructions and deal with whatever comes your way.
That is a job that is, in itself, fun, exciting and fast-paced. Trust us: life will
never slow down.

Since we have chosen guidance over being smart our lives have skyrocketed to
another level. We still have our challenges, sure - but we have never felt
happier and calmer in the insecurity of not knowing what is coming next. We
are being tested all the time but we find peace in knowing it is for our own
good. We love what we do and have found ways to have more harmony within
ourselves, while the world remains a turbulent place. If we had to choose all
over again we would definitely make the same choice.

How this Decision has affected the Authors

Roy Martina

In guidance, it became clear I had to give up my most valued treasure,

continuing to work for Roy Martina Experience (RME), which I had helped
build into one of the most successful companies in Europe. We had 26
employees, 20 full time, and we had grown, in a mere 5 years, into a 5 million
dollar company, making us one of the leaders in holistic training in Europe.
We had workshops with 1400 persons attending. My inner guidance was very
clear: stop giving workshops and take time for yourself. I had become a slave
to the company. I had no more freedom. I was sacrificing my health to keep it
growing at 20% per year, even during economic crisis. Most of the people
working in the company were not aligned with my mission or vision. They had
a nice job, and for most of them it would not have mattered if they worked for
RME or any other company. There were only a few exceptions who were
willing to go the extra mile in their work and who had a strong affinity with
the content and the mission.

The others were not interested in the content, but benefitted when the
company was successful. One business partner was an investor and was not
happy that his return on investment was zero, even though he enjoyed the
content and had learned a lot. As a businessman he was, of course, more
focused on how to make the company profitable. A very fair approach to
business, and there is nothing wrong with that. Another partner was working
overtime to make the ever-expanding company work better, and was getting
visibly burnt-out.

Myself, I was exhausted by the travelling. One workshop after another, always
going on the next flight, to the next country, the next hotel, the next
restaurant. I love what I do, but it was just too much. So I made one of the
toughest decisions of my life, which was to let go of the company.

Now I am back to doing what I love, and I have more time for myself and my
loved ones. I have time for exercise, meditation and having fun. I am being
guided to find new ways to exploit my talents for the greater good of all. I am
happy even, though I lost all certainty about my next paycheck.

Joy Martina
My guidance was very clear on me having to make a major life change that
would end up turning my entire life upside down. I was content with my very
busy life as a single mother of 3 kids, running my own business (a holistic
beauty and health institute) in Salzburg, Austria. Little did I know when I
started channeling that it would require me to give up my business, leave 2 of
my children with their father in Austria for over a year, and move first to
Holland and then on to the U.S.

In the past 2 years my life has changed from being highly organized and
structured, seemingly safe, familiar and well organized, to following no
specific structure or plan and entirely trusting the guidance “from above.” I’ll
not even pretend that this transition was an easy one. To be honest,it was one
of the most challenging periods of my life, and I’ve had a few. People who I
thought were friends turned against me, and I was confronted with a kind of
negativity I didn’t know existed.

Now I lead a life where I have no idea what’s around the corner, and have
learned to not only relax into that unknowing, but also enjoy it. The security
and safety I feel now comes from deep within me, and is nurtured by a power
that is so much greater than me. This power is rooted in the one who has the
plan, and the ability to create miracles. So why should I bother wasting my
energy in manipulating a destiny? I have discovered that, always, when I
follow that more or less subtle inner voice and guidance, the best things
happen. It is as if the Universe rewards me for unconditional faith. I
encounter people, situations and opportunities, which I would never have
even dreamt of before. Seemingly unchangeable situations have evolved and
changed for the better. My clients have found healing in the most impossible
and incurable cases and I have never stopped being amazed at what is possible
once you let the Divine guide you, rather than follow the whimsical ideas of
your ego.

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights about giving up your free will and surrendering to a
higher guidance? What would be your motivation for doing so? What is your
next step? What do you know already, but are afraid of doing? What needs to
change?
Chapter 7: The Message of Disease

The Message of Disease

We could fill a book about what the message of disease is, and probably split it
up in sections where we give a meaning to each disease and its message. It
would become like a book explaining dreams. “A horse” means this, “running”
means that, etc… There are several great books on the subject, explaining the
message of each disease. Even though that is useful and insightful, we would
like you to go deeper and find the answers yourself through your own
guidance.

Dialogue with Your Disease

What we prefer is to start a dialogue with the parts of the body that are
suffering. This gives deeper insights to clarify things and cleanse your karma,
rather than just receiving one message about your disease. It can be exciting,
and this is when something that at first seems horrible can turn into an ally.

The Disease is the Messenger

A disease like cancer can become a gift instead of an enemy to be afraid of.
Like in all the positive karma principles, the most important rule is: don’t fight
with your challenges, but rather relax in them. Find the meaning and create a
collaboration in which you grow and become wiser. The first step is always to
come from love and compassion.

Christallin says:

“Learn to love yourself even when you’re sick. Send your illness that
unconditional love you crave for yourself. Love is your best medicine. And
self-love will heal you on all levels faster than any conventional medicine you
know.

So What You Need to Learn is How to Ask the Questions…”

A Christallin Oracle

We have trained people to become a Certified Christallin Oracle (CCO). A CCO

can connect with your higher guidance and ask the questions for you. This is
always a possibility. See resources at www.christallin.com (here you will also
find a list of Christallin Oracles and ICONs, who can assist you with
channelings).

Here is a list of questions you can ask a CCO in relationship with your disease.
You can use this list to ask the questions yourself:
The List of Questions for Physical Disease

Lessons
What am I to learn from my disease?
What are the reasons for my physical issues?
What do I need to do to heal myself?
What changes do I need to make to accelerate healing?

Therapy
What is the best therapy for me? Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Chelation,
Vitamins, Diet, Chiropractors, Cranio-sacral, herbs or other…?

Is there a specific kind of doctor/therapist? I would be looking for?

Any hints on finding this person?

Exercise
What exercises, visualizations, and special meditations should I do to promote
healing? Yoga, breathing or something else?

Emotions
Where do my strong emotions such as …… (name what is bothering you such
as anger, frustration, negativity…) come from and how can I rid myself of
them?

Issues to work on
What are the most important issues I should work on now? What are my blind
spots, what am I not seeing, or not wanting to see?
What is the cause behind the cause?

Letting go
What and who do I need to let go of? Anyone in particular?
Make a list of people.

Next steps?
What are the next steps I need to take?

Nutrition
What should I not eat?
Should I take vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, herbs, or ….?
What should I eat more of?
Should I drink more water? How many glasses a day?

Forgiveness
Make a list of the most important people in your life and anyone you have had
problems with. Your parents, family, friends and enemies (people stressing
you) should be on the list. Whom do I have to forgive? Make a list of names
here, including those that you think you have forgiven, to double check. Which
energetic links do I need to cut? With whom and how? Again, give a list of
people who are important in your life. How can I burn or balance the related
karma?

Healing Relationships

Which relationships need healing most? (Be specific if you want to know more
about some)
- Family (make a list of names)
- Children (make a list of names)
- Partner/s and ex-partners (make a list of names)

Home environment
Does my home environment need improvement/cleaning? Electromagnetic
smog? Toxins?

Dark energy
Any soul attachments, curses, alien implants, dark energies or dark entities?

Beliefs
Which beliefs do I need to change, and which ones are blocking my healing?
Do I need to change the way I communicate my boundaries?

Bodyscan
Can you scan my body for anything I should check?
Are there prions in my neurological system? Dark energies? Post-traumatic
stress? Etc.

As you can see this is a comprehensive list and it cannot be done by just asking
for an unspecific message. If you want to do it by yourself it will require time
and patience, as you are training your ego not to get involved in the process.

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights?

Now the most important part is to develop a routine to get in touch with your
body. It is not complicated. Don’t make the mistake of wanting to ask 1000’s
of questions the first time. Always start simple with main questions and you
go back every day to keep the dialogue going. Remember it is a dialogue; your
goal is to establish a relationship based on mutual respect and love with your
body and the messenger that brings you growth and wisdom. Remember that
your body is being used by your soul, your unconscious mind and spirit to get
messages to you.

Guided Meditation
Be in a quiet space with some relaxing music in the background. Clean the
space with incense or some etheric oil. (White sage incense is the best). Your
goal is to go to a peaceful space in your mind. Focus on your breath to start
with. Whenever you get distracted, go back to observing your breath. Imagine
a magical stairway with 12 steps. You count backwards from 12 to 1 and with
each count you relax a body part, starting with your feet and going up. When
you reach 1, you are in this magical place. Find a place to sit. Relax. Then
count from 1 to 5, and see your body, or body part, appear in any shape or
form. Take time to get to know each other, and then start asking your
questions. Just let it happen, do not filter the questions or judge them. Just
notice them.

When you’re done, return to the here and now and write down all the answers
and your impressions. There should also be a call to action: what is expected
from you, what should you do differently?
Chapter 8: What is your Suffering Telling You?

The Law of Attraction Determines That We Attract the Following:

 What we need to grow until the growth is complete.

 We attract what triggers us. So we can work on the trigger, and then it
does not matter if we attract that thing or not because it no longer affects
us.
 We attract what resonates with us, so we can look in inside by looking
outside and see what we have attracted.
 We may choose suffering to build character and develop qualities such as
strength, discipline, determination and self-motivation.
 We attract bad circumstances based on our limiting beliefs because we
create that reality by believing in it.
 Bad luck reminds us to change our focus on what is going good, and to
reflect love back at the negativity so that we become immune to it.
 We also suffer because good things are close, and we have to let go of bad
karma in preparation of the good karma to come.
 When things don’t go our way, we have to burn karma and let go, forgive
and focus again on self-worth and feeling deserving.
 Because we are stubborn, we do not want to see what we need to see.
 We need to realize that if we can create suffering, we can also create
happiness, and that we have the choice to change our destiny.

Christallin says:

“When you are suffering, take a time out. Stop what you are doing and go
inside. Balance your emotions; write down your thoughts, fears and worries.
Let go of them by handing them over to the Creator. Say something like:

‘Dear Father/Source/Creator. I can’t handle this, please help me. I gratefully

hand over these fears/problems/issues to you and trust in your help. Show me
what I am not seeing, guide me to what I need to do. I surrender to your love
and allow this love to take me to where I belong. I am now transforming all
obstacles into Divine blessings. I am love, I am part of you and you are part of
me. Thank you.’

Take a break from your daily routine and make time for yourself – this can be
15 minutes or a day. The length of time is not important. It is essential that
you break the pattern, stop the negative flow of energy you have become
trapped in, and connect again to the Divine. Now focus on what you want.
What would you like to do or have? Where would you be if anything was
possible? Imagine yourself already there and tap into the positive energy of
that reality. And then return back to your daily life with a shifted focus.”

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights? Make a list of what you need to look at because of the
things that are not going well in your life.
In what areas do you struggle? What limiting beliefs do you have? Why do you
believe that you must sacrifice yourself for good things? Why do you want to
learn the hard way?

Create now a strategy to transform all of that through changing your beliefs.
Chapter 9: Seven Steps to Clear Negativity

Spiritual practice

Step 1 in your awareness is to create a spiritual practice. Some thing you do

every day to progress yourself to the next level.
What is something you can commit to?

Start with yourself: You are responsible for the results you achieve in life.
You have to make some sort of meditation, exercise, and even what to eat, part
of your daily routine.

Stop worrying about decisions. Decisions only matter if you are worried about
whether you will succeed or fail. If you are thinking, speaking and acting
consciously, then whichever you choose, the results will be successful.

Change your focus. What you want must first be given. The concept is to
always be thinking, speaking and doing first for others those things we want
for ourselves. This is what builds a magnet for positive karma.
Treat others the way you wish to be treated.

Ride your problems over the top. What if your problems were a blessing?
That seems kind of ironic, doesn’t it? According to karmic management
principles, experiencing a problem is a signal as to where you need to take
action. So if your problem is that you’re out of money – quick, run out and
help someone make more money! And if something happens to you that you
don’t like, stop doing it to others.

Re-invest the karma. Now that you’re experiencing all the blessings and
happiness that come from your conscious thinking, speaking and doing, what
will you do with it? Reinvest the karma in your karmic business and help more
people.

Your Karmic Practicum:

Create a ritual for yourself that is your special “negative energy clearing
session.” Don’t beat yourself up for being negative, but realize that you can
change that energy within you.

Step out of your “busy-ness,” take a time out, and try the following exercise:

1. Focus on your breath and take 5 deep breaths in, exhaling through softly
parted lips. Allow your breath to start the cleansing process. Exhale all
tension and stress, all negative charges in your body.
2.Connect to Mother Earth with your grounding ritual (roots, the anchor etc…)
Imagine feeling/seeing/knowing grey clouds leaving your body – like dust
being removed from under a carpet. Continue breathing out negativity and
thank Mother Earth for her unconditional love and support.
3.Connect to Father Spirit. Imagine looking into a beautiful night sky with all the
twinkling stars. Hand over your worries/issues/problems to your spiritual
father. Thank him for taking care of it, and you, at all times.
4.Now do something fun, crazy, “non-useful” with your body: Stamp your feet,
sing a song, hum a tune, shake your hips, jump up and down, make
strange noises, tap points on your body (see also Roy’s book Emotional
Balance for a wonderful technique for releasing stress), shake your limbs…
be like a little child again… this is about physically releasing the negative
charges within you, venting what you don’t want to suppress.
5. Finally, calm yourself and smile… even if it is a fake smile. Tell your mouth to
smile. Look into the mirror (real or imagined) and tell yourself: “I love
you! You are a wonderful person. I love the way you smile. I love how you
are becoming stronger, more powerful and loving every day. You are my
hero.” Give yourself a pep talk, telling yourself all the things you would
like to hear, be and believe.
Chapter 10: Karmic Virtues for Business Success

Whether you're thinking of starting your own company or improving your

existing company (read the way you work), you need to be ready for the
challenge. Here are seven characteristics that have helped us to be successful
in a karma positive way.

Responsible: We've worked with some irresponsible people in this business.

We all have had our share of people who don't pay invoices on time, don't
return phone calls till many days later, and do not stick to what they have
promised. This is negative boomerang karma. They might be able to get away
with this kind of behavior for a while, but it will come back to bite them in the
ass eventually. Soon they will develop a bad reputation that others won't put
up with. Do the work you promised, do your best and give more than
expected. Be loyal to your 5 sectors you work with, reward them in ways they
never expected and the money will come rolling in.

Evolution by adaptation: This may be the most important quality a successful

business owner can possess. This is what separates the guys who make a little
money in business from those that make a lot of money. Kodak lost enormous
market share because they were too late to understand that digital was the
new way to go. They were still thinking that instant photos would be king.

If you want to make your business work you've got to adapt to the
circumstances around you. If you don’t have a website, you are a dinosaur. If
you don’t have a smart phone you are losing out. Smile and be happy about it
by adapting. You are growing, you are learning from the world how to grow
and be happy.

Think about how you will adapt and be open to learn new tricks, new software,
how your business will stay current and so on. We are learning many new
things each year.

Christallin says:

Shake off your fear of learning something new! Learn to embrace the
challenge. Don’t expect to be perfect at it, but just do your best and be a
scholar again. You will find that learning new things is fun! It’s fitness for your
brains and you are never, ever to old to learn new tricks.

Financially Wise:
You need to know how to manage cash flow. Cash flow is the lifeblood of any
business. If you don't have it, your business won't make it. As soon as you get
a check or a promotion does well, don't move that money over to your
personal accounts. Invest at least some of it in your business: buy inventory,
pay for services, market your business, give to charity, etc… Make sure you
know how much money you've got coming in and going out each month. A
good bookkeeper is a great asset to your company. They can keep an eye on
your finances while you focus on marketing your products and business. Don’t
feel sorry to pay them. Bless their services.

Confident:
You have to have confidence in your skills, ideas and business, and believe in
the positive karma way as the way to go. Have the confidence that your way
will make you and others a ton of money. If people see that you are confident
about your business, then they'll want to work with you. People like self-
assurance and conviction.

Positive Attitude:
People don't always remember what you say, but they do remember how you
treat them. If a customer has a bad experience with you, how likely do you
think they will be to buy from you again? Not very. It's the same with the
people you work with.

Christallin says:

“If things go wrong and you make mistakes: own up to them! Little is worse
than someone who can’t even admit to having fouled things up. Learn how to
take criticism, and learn how to say “I’m sorry.” Find out what you can do to
make things right again. Think of ways to give the person something as
compensation such as a free treatment or a bunch of flowers/chocolate/letter
… use your imagination! It’s not always about being right; it’s about treating
your customers in a way that makes them feel good.”

Discipline:
The only thing we will never get back is time, so make the best use of it. Get
good at time management and be willing to sacrifice every now and then. We
had to work throughout our honeymoon because it was needed. Now that we
are married we commit our lives to each other, to help and support each other
to keep growing. We are aware that it will not always be easy, but it is worth it.
Founding your own company requires the same level of commitment. You've
got to work at it and sacrifice occasionally. If you want your business to work,
it will. Just like a marriage.

Passion: What we like about our Italians friends is that they are passionate.
They love what they do and they can’t stop talking about it. They glow with
enthusiasm. If you are passionate enough, you can virtually assure your
success. Although you do need all the other characteristics we listed above,
passion will take you a long way. Why? Because if you are passionate about
your business, chances are you'll be responsible, disciplined, and watch your
pennies. Your positive attitude will naturally come out in everything you do,
your confidence will shine and you'll adapt to any situation that comes your
way. Business owners who are passionate about their business just seem to go
farther, make more money and are happier in their life. I'm not saying
running a business is a walk in the park, but if you want it bad enough, you
can do it. By applying what you learn here you will make your life easier, and
your success will augment it.
Christallin says:
“Passion is infectious! Passion is like a spark of fire that can light an enormous
flame. Be that spark for your customers and clients. Enthuse them with your
delight at what you do and your love for life. People love being around
enthusiastic, uplifting people. They will automatically seek your presence and
will want to know how you do it. This gives you ample opportunities to speak
about your work, your attitude about life and ways that you can also enrich
their lives. By helping them you have helped yourself, starting a chain
reaction, an avalanche of positivity…it’s a win-win on all sides!”

Your Karmic Practicum:

What are your insights? What are the qualities that you need to work on?

Here is an exercise to integrate what you want more of:

Ask yourself what you are passionate about. What areas of your life do you
enjoy most? What makes your eyes light up when you think or talk about it?
Make a list of these things and infuse them with even more sparkles of energy.
Paint a picture (real or imagined), make a collage of the things that excite you.
Cut out pictures from magazines that symbolize those areas, goals, desires and
passions you have and create your very own “passion board.” Then make a list
of the areas/things you least like but know are necessary for a successful
business/life. For instance, book keeping, your bank statements, creating a
web page, taking care of your marketing, speaking to others about what you
do etc. And then again find pictures that symbolize these topics. Make peace
with them.

Say: “I now welcome you into my life. I know that you are important, valuable
and essential for me. Please forgive me for excluding you from my life in the
past. And I forgive you for stressing me. I now invite you to join me on my
passion board. This is my wish, thank you and it is done.”

Then stick these new pictures onto you passion board amongst your other
images. Creating harmony, peace and balance between these areas. And hang
this passion board somewhere you will see it often every day.
