Dear Cliff,

There is 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide which is taken by the drops or put in the bath to
draw out toxins, etc. It has to be diluted to 3% before use, and "more is not better" - it must be
started at a very low dose and very gradually increased. I recommend it be started even lower
than most sites do (1 drop of 35% in 5 ounces of distilled water three times a day for 1-2 weeks
and gradually increase 1 drop per week to a maximum of 25 drops).

Here's what I have collected on it:

Take 35% food grade and make 3% by mixing one ounce of 35% into 15 oz. distilled water.
Only used distilled water!

NOTE BY BEE WILDER: H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is taken only by “drops,” and is gradually
increased, maybe even staying at one dose for a week or more at a time depending upon what is
happening with the body and whether it is producing change. MORE IS NOT BETTER. A
VERY GRADUAL APPROACH WILL ENSURE THE BEST SUCCESS WITHOUT
OVERWHELMING THE BODY WITH HEAVY TOXINS & WASTES. Each “body” is
different.

Bee has personally known people who have taken H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) - Bee’s father
thought “more was better” and took too much, almost poisoning himself and experienced
extreme pain and illness. Bee’s aunt, Linda Wilder, took H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) on a gradual
basis and cured herself of cervical cancer. That was around 1987, and she has been cancer-free
ever since.

1. Can be used as a douche (vaginally) to cure vaginitis - one pint 3% in one pint of distilled
water (to make 3% from 35%, mix 1 ounce of 35% into 15 ounces of distilled water - use only
distilled water).
2. Can be used as enema or for colonics - 6 tablespoons of 3% to 1 quart of distilled water.
3. Gargle with 1 part 3% to 4 parts distilled water.
4. Bathe in 1 pint 3% in a tub of water and soak for 15 minutes.
Rheumatoid Arthritis is cause by an ameoba. It can be seen under a Dartfield microscope. The
ameoba gives off calcium that deposits in joints. The calcium deposits are not created by the
body itself. H2O2 kills off this amoeba - take 3% by the drop - see Schedule at the end of this
write up.
5. Candida albicans (yeast overgrowth). H2O2 kills the candida yeast overgrowth, but use very
cautiously and increase very gradually - see Schedule at the end of this write up. Cut back the
dose if the healing crisis is severe.
6. Children use a weaker dosage. A very sick child with candida was cured with one drop a day
mixed in 5 oz. of distilled water.
7. Other testimonials: completely cleared clogged arteries cleared from stroke victim where one
artery was 100% and another 95% clogged; cavities healed in teeth; abcessed tooth healed; high
blood pressure normalized; Parkinson’s disease much improved; diabetic with blindness in one
eye had sight restored; warts disappeared; chicken farm avoided epidemic of avian flu and never
lost a chicken, and the chickens laid better eggs; cows had increased milk production and
beautiful coats and no mastitis; tomato plant size and crop was increased.

SCHEDULE FOR TAKING 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide

CAUTION: MORE IS NOT BETTER! TAKE BY DROPS ONLY; Stir 35% drop(s) into 5
ounces of distilled water.

TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH - 1 hour before eating or 3 hours after eating.

If your stomach gets upset at any level, STAY AT THAT LEVEL, OR GO BACK ONE
LEVEL, until your stomach settles down. This could be a cleansing effect as bacteria dies off or
various forms of toxins and poisons are released through the eliminative organs of the body,
skin, lungs, kidneys, bowels, etc. Bee Wilder actually experienced detoxification through her
eyes.

NOTE FOLLOWING IS THE USUAL SCHEDULE, HOWEVER, BEE RECOMMENDS A

MUCH LOWER DOSE STARTING WITH 1 drop of 35% in 5 ounces of distilled water and
gradually increasing weekly or bi-monthly.

USE 35% MEASURED BY THE DROP MIXED INTO 5 OUNCES OF DISTILLED WATER.
1st day 3 drops 3 times Total = 9 drops
2nd day 4 drops 3 times Total = 12 drops
3rd day 5 drops 3 times Total = 15 drops
4th day 6 drops 3 times Total = 18 drops
5th day 7 drops 3 times Total = 21 drops
6th day 8 drops 3 times Total = 24 drops
7th day 9 drops 3 times Total = 27 drops
8th day 10 drops 3 times Total = 30 drops
9th day 11 drops 3 times Total = 33 drops
10th day 12 drops 3 times Total = 36 drops
11th day 13 drops 3 times Total = 39 drops
12th day 14 drops 3 times Total = 42 drops
13th day 15 drops 3 times Total = 45 drops
14th day 16 drops 3 times Total = 48 drops
15th day 17 drops 3 times Total = 51 drops
16th day 18 drops 3 times Total = 54 drops

For more serious complaints stay at 25 drops 3 times per day.

Buy a good product at your health food store, i.e. O2XY-PLUS aqueous solution by "Vitality
Plus" which is certified organic. I buy the 1 litre size (a little more than a quart) so I can use it in
my bath.
