THE JUICE RECIPE

Ratio
2 cups Distilled Water
2 cups Kale or Cabbage, chopped
1 tablespoon of Himalayan Salt or Celtic Sea Salt (DO NOT EVER USE IODIZED SALT
IN THIS RECIPE)

Method
Blend all ingredients together and add to a glass jar. Seal the jar airtight. If using a
metal lid, place a paper towel or coffee filter under the lid to protect the juice from
touching the metal.

Store on the counter for 36 hours out of direct sunlight in a room that is approx. 70
degrees.

Dosages
You should have at least 2 cups a day all the way up to a gallon a day, and manage
your detox/healing symptoms accordingly. Drink a large amount in a short
amount of time to avoid constipation and get the waterfalls. Waterfalls are when
large amounts of liquid come out instead of poop. It is not diarrhea, it literally
shoots out like a waterfall.

Notes about the Juice
Stay close to a bathroom for 2-4 hours after taking the juice. Best taken after
dinner in the evening if you work or are busy during the day.

There is no such thing as too much unless your detox symptoms are something
fierce and they can be for some people, then just cut back temporarily until you
get over that hump of that specific detox symptom. Your detox/healing symptoms
are relative to your sickness. They can be headaches, flu like symptoms etc. They
should be short-lived and relative to your level of toxins in the body.

Take as much of the juice as relative to your exposure to toxins.

Normal is when the body protects itself so it can still live. The brain also wants to
procreate.

If it tastes salty to you, you're dealing with candida. If it tastes metallic to you its
stage 4 or 5 cancer- or you're dealing with a high rate of candida. If it tastes
tangy to you, it means you've got your candida under control and you're on your
way to the best situation possible, getting over the hump and creating radiant
health, beautiful skin and a well-functioning immune system.

hypernatremia (salt poisoning). When you drink the juice, you are killing off

are as severe as the amount of toxins the liver has to process. This is why she
says to manage your dosage according to your management of healing
symptoms (ie: the symptoms experienced as the body processes the toxins
released as the Candida is destroyed). She also says once the body’s gut
microorganisms are back in balance to only use the juice as a maintenance
program. People used to ferment their own vegetables and eat them all the
time. Lactobacillus fermentation only takes 3-6 days with pickles- which was
what Jillian was using when she came up with the idea to use a different
cruciferous vegetable instead.
