Around seven years ago, at the age of 20, I started my fitness journey from my
bedroom at university.
I began with small workouts and slowly increased my duration, built strength and
confidence. I suffered a lot with digestion issues, a bad diet and bloating on a regular
occasion.
Over the years, I have learned through, trial and error, what exactly the body reacts
best to. For me, this was and is, body weight exercises, high-intensity training, and
toning routines.
It makes me so happy to be able to show others that a flat stomach can be achieved
in the comfort of your home or while travelling.
My stomach has always been the one area that I like, and I work hard to maintain it.
Of course, I have flaws like everyone else and mine is my thigh area. However, I try to
eat right, workout and in keep a positive mindset.
I love creating workouts that make me sweat, and sharing all these tips with others
makes it all the extra while special.

It is important to know how toxins can build up in our body. Below is a list
of the most common causes:
1. POOR DIET
A poor diet can consist of low fibre, processed, fried, and junk food. Many
people have drifted away from eating whole, nutrition-based foods such as
fruit, vegetables, and whole grains.
2. CONSTIPATION
When we have not been to the toilet in a couple of days, everything gets
backed up in the colon and toxins become trapped. Chronic constipation

3. WATER

UPON WAKING
Drink 1/2 lemon with warm water (amount desired - usually around 250ml).
Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
A great way to start the day by cleansing your liver, boosting your
metabolism and decreasing inflammation.
1 HOUR LATER
Green tea has been drunk for many years as it is a natural antioxidant. Its
properties help to remove toxins from the body, increase your metabolism,
as well as help, reduce body fat.
Drink an unlimited amount of lemon water to help flush your body and
have another green tea
LUNCH: TURMERIC CARROT SOUP
- 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 500g carrots, chopped
- 700ml of broth
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Day 2
UPON WAKING
Drink 1/2 lemon with warm water. Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne
pepper and 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
Drink an unlimited amount of lemon water to help flush your body and
have another green tea
A bowl of carrot soup. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the top and a
tablespoon of flax seeds. Flax seeds are optional.
In between lunch and dinner, have water and at least 1 green tea.
DINNER: RED CABBAGE SALAD
- 150g red cabbage
- 1 small carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 42g avocado
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 Boiled Egg
- Pinch of coriander (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add your egg once
boiled. Eat right away.
Day 3
UPON WAKING
Drink an unlimited amount of lemon water to help flush your body and
drink another green tea
A bowl of carrot soup. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the top and
a tablespoon of flax seeds.
3-4 times a year will help your body cleanse and reset by
