Select a completed or nearly completed (about 1 year before completion) “mega” project that
took place anywhere in the world (outside of Canada) and evaluate the project success by
discussing the project’s overview (who, what, where, why + any interesting facts), purpose /
mission, and evaluating the project’s performance on cost, schedule, quality, stakeholder
concerns. What were some of the project’s strengths and weaknesses? Include an overall
assessment of the project.
