    This is to acknowledge the receipt by this office of the Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM)
    No. 2020-002 dated September 4, 2020.

    By way of comment, the undersigned respectfully manifests that RAAFs from February to June
    2020 had already been submitted to Sir Renato A. Navarra. Attached herein is the proof of submission.
    Additionally, the concerned officers were reminded and directed to submit the subject reports monthly
    to the Auditor as mandated.

    Notwithstanding, in compliance with the Audit Observation Memorandum, the undersigned


    respectfully submits the herein attached RAAFs from February 1 to October 31, 2020.
