WSRT is applicable for ordinal level of measurement such as Likert scale. (10-point Likert scale)
Example:
HO: There is no significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of the 10
students.
H1: There is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of the 10 students.

Based on the result from table 1, there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test
scores of the 10 students using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Since the computed p-value is
less than .05 significance level, there is sufficient evidence to reject the null hypothesis. This
means that the use of musically integrated instructional materials in teaching operations of
integers helped improved the performance of the 10 students in their post-test.
