Number of Coats: 1-2; Maximum Dry Film Thickness: 16 mils; Colors: 0200 Tan, 0700 Gray, 0800 White and 0100 Blue;
Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups; Maximum Thinner: Thinner 76 at 10% by volume; Final Cure prior to
water immersion: 7 days @ 75F

(ac) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 100,000 Gallons not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 7.9 cm2/L.
Number of coats = 1-2; Maximum dry film thickness= 8 mils; Minimum Cure Time= 24 hours (70-75 degF); Application Method =

(b) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 5 gallons and pipes where the diameter is greater than or equal to 4 inch, not
exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 393.7 cm2/L, only when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 4.0:1.0 parts by volume
ratio. Application Method: Plural Component Airless Spray; Number of coats=1; Maximum dry film thickness= 50 mils; Minimum
Cure Time=3 days; Application Temperature Part A = 110-140 deg F; Application Temperature Part B = 90-131 deg F; Certified

(h) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 50 gallons, valves, 1.5 in. diameter or greater and pipes where the diameter is
greater than or equal to 15", not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 108.4 cm2/L. Mix Ratio: For use only when Part A is
mixed with Part B in a 2:1 parts by volume ratio; Number of Coats: 2 - 3; Maximum Dry Film Thickness: 20 mils; Minimum Cure
Time = 14 days @75F; Colors: Light grey (0700), White (0800), Light blue (0100), Black (0900), Blue (6120), Gray (0794), and Tan
(0200); Application Method: Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups; Maximum Thinner: Carboline Thinner
#2 or 225E, up to a maximum of 13 oz per gallon; Final Cure prior to water immersion: 14 days @ 75F. Note - see manufacturer's

(i) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 4,000 gallons not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 23.2 cm2/L, only
when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 4.0:1.0 parts by volume ratio. Number of coats= 1 - 2 coats; Application Method = Spray
with brush or roll for touch-ups; Maximum dry film thickness= 12 mils; Thinner= Thinner 10 at 5% by volume. Cure Time=7 days.
Colors = Beige (0200), Gray (0700), White (0800), Blue (1120), Black (0900), and Red (B532). Note - see manufacturer's
instructions for additional product use information. This product was tested without an additional primer or topcoat. It is
recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 by an ANSI accredited certifier.

(ii) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 50,000 gallons not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 10.32 cm2/L, only
when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 4.0:1.0 parts by volume ratio. Number of coats= 3; Application Method = Spray with brush
or roll for touch-ups; Maximum dry film thickness= 18 mils; Thinner= Thinner 38 at 8% by volume. Cure Time between coats = 2
hours; Final Cure =7 days. Note - see manufacturer s instructions for additional product use information. This product was tested
without an additional primer or topcoat. It is recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be certified to NSF/ANSI
Standard 61 by an ANSI accredited certifier.

(j) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 2,000 gallons, pipe diameter of 54" or greater and valves 4" or greater, not
exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 29.0 cm2/L, only when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 1.0:1.0 parts by volume ratio.
Number of coats= 2 - 3 coats; Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups Maximum dry film thickness= 20 mils;
Thinner= Thinner #2 at 13 oz/gal or 10%. Cure Time= 7 days. Colors: Beige (3216), White (S800), Blue (4169), or Gray (0794)
Note - see manufacturer's instructions for additional product use information. This product was tested without an additional
primer or topcoat. It is recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 by an ANSI
accredited certifier.

(k) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 500 gallons, not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 48.39 sq cm/L.
Colors: Red and Grey; Mix Ratio: 1.65 Part A to 3.35 Part B by volume; Maximum Dry Film Thickness: 1 mil; Number of Coats: 1;
Minimum Cure Time: 8 days at 75 deg F; Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups; Thinner: Thinner #21 up to
4.5% by volume; This product is certified for use on new pipe. Note - see manufacturers instructions for additional product use
information. This product was tested without an additional primer or topcoat. It is recommended that any primer or topcoat used

(m) - Product is Classified in the following colors:0700 Grey, 0200 Beige, 0500 Red, 0100 Blue, and Black

exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 98 cm2/L, only when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 4.0:1.0 parts by volume ratio.
Number of coats=1-2; Maximum dry film thickness= 30 mils (one coat) or 60 mils (two coats); Application Method = Spray with

(v) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 20,000 Gallons and pipes where the diameter is greater than or equal to 118
inches not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 13.5 cm2/L, only when Carbozinc 8703 Base is mixed with Zinc Filler
Type 3 as a complete kit. Number of coats = 1; Maximum dry film thickness= 2 mils; Minimum Cure Time= 2 weeks (70-75 F);
Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups; Maximum Thinner: 20% Thinner #33 or Thinner #21. This product
was tested without an additional primer or topcoat. It is recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be certified to
ANSI/NSF Standard 61 by an ANSI accredited certifier.

(w) - Product is Classified in the following colors: Light Tan (0200 Brown), Blue (P100 Blue), Grey (0700 Grey) and Beige (S200).
For use with tanks greater than or equal to 100 gallons, and for use with pipes where the diameter is greater than or equal to 20",
not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 85.81 cm2/L. For use only when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 2:1 parts by
volume ratio; Number of Coats = 1-2; Maximum Dry Film Thickness = 125 mils; Minimum Cure Time = 4 hours (61°F). Application
Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups. Thinner is not to be used with this coating. Note - see manufacturer's
instructions for additional product use information. This product was tested without an additional primer or topcoat. It is
recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 by an ANSI accredited certifier.
Certified to be returned to service after the 4 hour cure time. Certified to rehabilitate existing pipe. Certified for use on pipe
intended for immediate return to service.

(x) - Product is Classified in the following color: Light Tan (0200). For use with tanks greater than or equal to 50 gallons, and for
use with pipes where the diameter is greater than or equal to 14", not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 112.5 cm2/L.
For use only when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 2:1 parts by volume ratio; Number of Coats = 1 - 2; Maximum Dry Film
Thickness = 300 mils; Minimum Cure Time = 4 hours (59°F) . Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups.
Thinner is not to be used with this coating. Note - see manufacturer's instructions for additional product use information. This
product was tested without an additional primer or topcoat. It is recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be
certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 by an ANSI accredited certifier. Certified to be returned to service after the 4 hour cure time.
Certified to rehabilitate existing pipe. Certified for use on pipe intended for immediate return to service.

(y) - For use with tanks greater than or equal to 70,000 gallons not exceeding a surface area to volume ratio of 9.03 cm2/L. Mix
Ratio: For use only when Part A is mixed with Part B in a 2:1 parts by volume ratio; Number of Coats: 2 - 3; Maximum Dry Film
Thickness: 20 mils; Minimum Cure Time = 7 days @75F; Colors: Light grey (0700), White (0800), Light blue (0100), Black (0900),
Blue (6120), Gray (0794), and Tan (0200) ; Application Method = Spray with brush or roll for touch-ups; Maximum Thinner:
Carboline Thinner #2 or 225E, up to a maximum of 13 oz per gallon; Final Cure prior to water immersion: 7 days @ 75F. Note -
see manufacturer's instructions for additional product use information. This product was tested without an additional primer or
topcoat. It is recommended that any primer or topcoat used should be certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 by an ANSI accredited
