Description
The learning objective (LO) of this webinar is to allow the participants to discover their true self
and passion by undertaking carefully designed interdisciplinary cognitive and experiential
learning modules. These modules empower the participants to refine their Forté to aspire to
become Level-5 leaders. The participants will be profiled according to well-known RIASEC
model to discover their innate strengths. The webinar mixes interactive sessions with
intellectual activities and hands-on interactions (HI) that are planned in four thematic areas:
