**All delegates will bear the cost of their accommodation including cancellation charges,
telecommunication charges and other services provided by the Hotel. Delegates should
take note that hotel bills must be settled directly with the hotel. Delegates are encouraged to
book their hotel accommodation as soon as possible and please inform the host country of your
hotel accommodation for our logistics arrangement.

6. TRANSPORTATION (from Airport to Hotel)

To travel from Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) to the hotel, the delegates have the following
options:
6.1. Hotel’s airport transfer service;
6.2. Regular Taxi approximately VND 350.000 or USD15;
6.3. Bus No. 86 (City Center – NoiBai Airport). Bus depart the airport every 30 minutes,
starting at 06:18 with the last bus at 22:58. The nearest station of the meeting venue
is Hanoi Opera House station (Nha Hat Lon Hanoi) (01 minute walk to hotel). The

cost is VND 30.000 or USD1.28 or

6.4. VCCA shall pick the delegates up at the airport*

*After booking your flight, kindly inform The Secretariat at 3. if you want to be pick-up at the
airport and we will make necessary arrangements.

7. SUPPORT FOR CLM DELEGATES AND CONSUMER ASSOCIATIONS

Cambodia, Laos PDR and Myanmar delegates and consumer associations are supported
these following expenses:
- Accommodation during the ACCP 20th and related meetings;
- Round-trip flights;
- Transportation between airport and hotel.

The expenses are covered by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit

(GIZ). For more information, please contact GIZ office in your own country. The detailed
contacts of GIZ in Cambodia, Laos PDR and Myanmar are listed in Annex 4.

8. WEATHER/ CLIMATE
The daily average temperature for Hanoi in November is usually around 22°C. Make sure
you pack a raincoat or umbrella as there may be rain. The highest ever recorded
temperature in November for Hanoi is 25°C with the lowest being 19°C. Slightly thick
clothing is ideal.

The dress code for all meetings is office/business attire.
