The International Organization for Migration in Vietnam (IOM Vietnam) would like
to send our warm greetings to the Department of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs of
Nghe An province and the Project Management Unit of Migration Resource Center’s Project
Management Unit (MRC).
According to the official request no ?/CV-BQLDA of the MRC Project Management
Unit on March ?, 2020 proposed IOM Vietnam to provide financial support for purchasing
disease prevention and control products, in accordance with Directive No 16/CT-TTg dated
on March 31st, 2020 of the Prime Minister, to strengthen measures to prevent and control
Covid-19, IOM Vietnam responded as follows:
1. IOM Vietnam agrees to approve the payment expense proposed by MRC
Management Unit with the amount of 11,880,000 VND (iIn words: Eeleven
million eight hundred and eighty thousand dong), with the attached detailed
cost estimation.
2. This additional amount will be charged to the MRC office management cost in
April 2020.
IOM Vietnam respectfully requests that the Project Management Unit – of MRC
office use the fund accordingly deploy the use of the above fund based on the detailed cost
estimation attached to your official correspondencewith the previous official dispatch.
With Given the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemicepidemic, IOM
Vietnam hopes we can ensure the health condition of our employees and workers the
labourers to overcome this common problemhardship together.
