Prevention and control of COVID-19 and economic recovery for HCMC Sept. 15, 2021

3. SOCIAL DISTANCING
• Green Card / COVID Yellow Card are allowed to participate in production and social
activities, and can go to parks to exercise to improve their health.
• Implementing a pilot to loosen social distancing according to of Directive 15 for District
7, Cu Chi and Can Gio districts
4. VACCINES
• Continue vaccination of 1st dose vaccine for 100% of people over 18 years old;
• Vaccinate the 2nd dose of vaccine to 100% of people who have received the 1st dose until
the 2nd dose is due.
• Prioritize full vaccination for the frontline force, people at high risk (with underlying
disease, over 50 years old, pregnant women). Research and deploy vaccines for children,
especially high-risk children (underlying diseases, obesity).
5. ECONOMIC RECOVERY STEPS
ii) Organizations and individuals with COVID Green Card can do all but ..
• Business: karaoke, discos, bars, massage. (Bummer Dude)
• on-site catering services, activities at amusement parks, sports facilities, cinemas, and
commercial centers (except for supermarket system located in center) commercial center).
iii) Organizations with COVID Green Cards with COVID Yellow Cards can do
• Telecommunications services, press forces, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES;
electricity; postal service providers.

According to the City's COVID-19 vaccination plan, it is expected that on October 15, 2021, the number

iv) Customers/partners who come to make transactions directly at the units in item iii)
• must have a COVID Green Card,
• if it is a COVID Yellow Card, must have a negative test result (this means zero meetings
would outside clients, vendors, etc)
• (can be tested quickly) at the establishment local health care (with updated information
on a common database).
• Only COVID Green Card holders are allowed to participate in economic activities.
• Organizations and individuals only assign employees with COVID Green Card to work
directly, especially for COVID Yellow Card employees, it is recommended to switch to
online or 3 on-site, 1 destination 2-point route. flexible depending on specific conditions.
