The bar chart provided shows the effects of various factors on work
performance of two groups of workers: those aged 18-30 and those
aged 45-60. Overall, young people’s work performance is more prone to
these factors.

While most categories show the same figures for both age groups, there
are some factors that are more influential to the young group’s
performance, especially when it’s related to their career advancement.
Personal development opportunity is one of such factors: it significantly
affects more young people. And promotion prospects are no different as
the same pattern is observed. People from the younger age group also
enjoy a more relaxed working environment and a higher job security.
There are some vital driving factors that visibly affect both age groups
such as money and team spirit. Though being far from irrelevant,
aspects such as job satisfaction or work environment are deemed less
important than aforementioned factors.
