Topic: The bar chart shows some influences on work performance of workers at a big company in

Australia. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make

The bar chart illustrates the figure for different factors which effect work performance of two age
group in a big Australia company.

In overall, almost all factors effect work performance of people aged 18 - 30 is more than those of 45 -
60 - year old people except for competent boss and respect from colleagues.

As shown, chance for personal development takes the lead in the factors effecting work performance
of people the 18 - 30 age group with nearly 90%, followed by working environment and promotion
prospect with 80% each. Additionally, these figures are higher than those for group aged 45 - 60
which stand at roughly 40%, 30% and 50% respectively. 40% of people of 18 - 30 years old effected by
job security is twice as high as that of 45 - 60 - year - old people with 20%.

Regarding the remaining factors, team spirit and work environment have the same figure for factors
effecting work performance of both age group, at 60% and 30% in turn. The figures for job satisfaction
and money of workers who are from 18 - 30 years old are more than that of other group with around
1%( approximately 70% and 50% in that order). In contrast, over 50% of people aged 45 - 60 years old
effected by competent boss and around 45% of those effected by respect from colleague are higher
1% and 5% in comparison with those figures from 18 - 30 years old.
