The bar chart illustrates the results of a survey on 10 factors that impact work

performance . The survey consists of 2 main age groups 18-30 and 45-60 .
In general, as can be seen on the chart , the major area affecting work
performance between ages 18- 30 was the chance for personal development .
The last reason was the working environment. At the same time , the older
group’s main factor affecting work output was job security .

The element that impacts job performance majorly in the younger generation is
the chance for personal development , which takes 90% approximately, after that
is relaxed working environment and promotion prospect , which make up 80%
respectively. In contrast, the least reason for job performance is a work
environment account for 30%.

Compared to the other age group, the main fator contributing to job performance
was money which was approximately 70% . The trend was similar with regards to
work environment and to teamwork . Meanwhile, job security accounted for 20%
of job performance as the least in this age bracket which is 10% lower than the
age group 18 to 30.
