INTRODUCTION

People typically consume fast food outside the home drastically. The number of outlets that supply
fast food, aggressive food advertising and disposable income will increase with the middle class
growing in most developing countries. This would also have an effect on the environment.

BODY PARAGRAPH 1

Change in climate is the change in earth's environment. Fast food actually uses land, meat, water and
greenhouse gas emissions. Deivanai (2016) pointed out that global chains are flooding the country due
to the availability of raw material for quick food. Since citizens today enjoy simple and convenient
food in a busy modern way of life, the quantity of waste produced by the fast-food industry is
growing. Changes in weather trends enable farmers to face simultaneous flood and drought risks that
can affect the food health and loss of crops in industry. Briefly, climate change will affect all aspects
of food safety, such as food access and food access (Deivanai, 2016). In order to avoid the spread of
obesogenic environments, consumption education could be vital (Chopera, 2018). Consumers tend to
consume organic to cope with this by seeking to substitute red and beef products with a natural food
more often. They can therefore be healthier and more productive in order to avoid any health
problems for themselves. Convenience food is one of the principal reasons why fast foods are
common. With more than 31,000 foreign restaurants located in 120 nations and 6 continents,
McDonald's is the most famous fast food restaurant (Deivanai, 2016). Quick meals may be consumed,
taken or shipped on location. Throughout the report, a lot of time was spent enjoying fast food with
colleagues, families and less with relatives. He said this trend reflects an increasing tendency to take
advantage of the opportunity to socialize usually over lunchtime. Many experiments have also
demonstrated that people eat fast food (Blesic, Ralji, Pivac, and Ivkov, 2018). They also noticed
comfort. But, while they may be too "comfortable," they may show certain side effects on this
unhealthy lifestyle. Obesity, diabetes and coronary heart disease are some of those side effects or what
are probably called diseases.

BODY PARAGRAPH 2

Singaraj et al. (2016) confirmed that the ability of a country to feed its people could have a direct
impact on climate change. Field and farming can indeed be affected by cases such as drought, floods
and high levels of chemical pollusion. In fact, it not only impacts the food system, but also influences
individuals. Furthermore, lack of food supply may contribute to starvation and diseases of various
kinds. Climate change will also have an impact on people's ability to efficiently use food by stating
food safety conditions and changing vector disease pressure (Devainai, 2016). Furthermore, diseases
such as food toxicity may affect human consumption as food is polluted with a particular form of
harmful impact. However, the availability of foodstuffs will interrupt the fast food sector, impacting
the way other consumers eat and work, based on the quality and price of fast food. Modernization
have made society more rapidly developed, creating the need to adjust the new lifestyle faster and
more efficient markets. Fast food, despite all knowledge of the health setbacks, is therefore very
widely bought. A survey has shown that consumers usually buy quick food because of its time
constraints (FOOD week, 2008). Consumers thought they had limited healthier choices to adapt to
their busy lifestyles. This causes a dilemma in which individuals risk their wellbeing for jobs, which
can be stopped if food is properly cultivated and fast food outlets and branches are improved.
However, time stresses and environments, personal preferences and social variables affect the choice
of restaurants (Brindal, 2010) and therefore time restrictions may not be the main reason for all
consumers in every country.

CONCLUSION

Consumers' choices about how much convenience they purchase is affected by time constraints, cost,
food and budget. In conclusion, I said that fast food can be a great way to save time, but that's not the
right way to get food. It should be eaten seldom and controlled because it has more negative effects on
all prospects of one's own way of life.
