GUIDELINES FOR REGISTERING
“National Qualifier Test”
1. Click on the “REGISTER NOW” button on the product page.
2. If you are an existing user, please enter your details to proceed further. You can also
login from your social medial handles such as Facebook, Google, Twitter LinkedIn and
iON by clicking on the respective icons.

3. If you are a new user, please click on the “Create Account” button to complete the
one-time sign up process. Once the Create Account window opens, please select
the “Learner” tab to fill in all your details as shown below to proceed further.
Please ensure your email ID is correct as all communications will be routed
through that ID.
Note: The “Phone Number” is an optional field. You can still go ahead with your
registration even if there is an issue in receiving the OTP and validating your number.
4. Please read the Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use properly. Tick the
declaration checkbox and click on ‘OK’ to complete registration.

5. Please fill in the other details, as shown below and click on “CONTINUE”
6. A registration form will be displayed on the screen. Fill in all the required details
carefully as mentioned in the subsequent steps.

7. Enter all the required Personal details. Please ensure that the information is correct,
as these details will be used for further processing. We request you to double check
your email ID as all the communication will be routed through that.
8. You need to verify your mobile number using the OTP option from the form:
a. Click on “Generate OTP” button as shown in screen below

b. Enter the Captcha in the required field and click on “Submit”, to receive
the OTP.
c. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number, then click on “Validate
OTP”. You will get a message “OTP has been validated successfully” on
the screen.
9. Please enter your “Educational Qualification Details” as shown in the screenshot

below.

a. To select “Institution Name”, click on the button highlighted in the

screenshot below.
b. Enter any one of the three parameters and click on ‘Search’ to find the
Institution details.

10. Once you select the required Institution, the pop-up window will close and the
selected Institution details will reflect on the main registration form.
11. Many IT companies, including TCS, look for proficiency in programming skills, as
part of their selection process. We recommend that you appear for the test on
Subject NQT - Programming. The Subject NQT test will be conducted along with
the main NQT as an additional section.
12. Select the mode of test based on your convenience.

a. You can choose “Online (Remotely Proctored)”, if you have the below mentioned
system requirements:
i. Windows/Ubuntu OS
ii. Google Chrome browser
iii. Minimum 2 mbps Internet connectivity
iv. A working Webcam
Note: You will be allowed to appear for the online test only from a laptop/desktop.
Mobile devices are not supported for this assessment.

a. If you do not have the necessary system requirements, please select In-
Centre option, please make sure to select state and city preference.

13. Upload your photograph. Ensure you adhere to the guidelines mentioned in
the screen.
14. Read the “Disclaimer” content, click on the checkbox and then
click the “Submit” button.

15. Once the details are submitted you will receive a SMS and Email confirmation
regarding the same.
16. Once you click on the close button you will be able to view your registration
form. You can make changes to your form by clicking on “Edit Application” on
the top right corner.

17. On click of “Close” button you will be redirected to the National Qualifier Test
product webpage. The REGISTER NOW button will change to View Details. You
can check and edit your registered details here.
18. If you would like to edit your application at a later point, click on the NQT link
to arrive at the product landing page. On clicking of “View Details”, button the
application form page opens up. You can click on “Edit Application” to make
changes to your application form.
Note: You can edit your registration details till registration closure date.

19. If for any reason you get logged out or abandon the session during the
application process, please click on https://learning.tcsionhub.in/hub/national-
qualifier-test/ to try again.
