1. What is the relevance of Euthenics 1 to your program?

According to American Heritage, Medical Dictionary- they define

Euthenics
as a study of the improvement of human well-being and how human perform by
improvement of living conditions. After all the discussions that we have, I realized
that the relevance of Euthenics to Bachelor of Arts in Communication is that our
self will experience a lot of changing scenarios and switching environment in this
program since we were train to be flexible enough on how to act or how to
behave in different times, situations and environment. If we already know our
self, and we already able to take control of our emotions, of how we think, of how
we behave, and of how we perceive things around us it will be easy for us to
continue journey as a BACOMM student. By euthenics it will help BACOMM
students know how to properly act, think and took care of ourselves especially in
times of stress or difficult situation.

2. How will this course help you after graduation?

In learning Euthenics, the improvements that it thought us is not only

applicable to the time we finish the course, but the effects of learning it, will
continue and will be innate between myself as I move on from college life. The
improvements it will bring to me as a person will certainly be helpful in facing the
real world, let us say that I am already an employee to a certain company, I can
apply all the things that Euthenics taught me. In dealing with a new environment,
such as big, competitive, and sometimes stressful environment, in applying the
right etiquette to a specific place, on how I discipline myself and lastly on how will
I make an effort to make my goals happen in real life.
