Dear Ma’am Emelie,

Good evening, ma’am. I wrote this letter to apologize for missing my Let’s Check
quiz today. I was not been able to make it on time because I thought that the quiz will
close this evening 11:59 PM. I mistakenly read the PM when it’s actually AM. I’m sorry I
mistook the time.
I humbly request for a second chance to retake the quiz today. Rest assured that
this incident will not happen again. I promise to do all my tasks and duties on or before
the time it is required.
