Sub:- Establishment charge from on-roll hosteller Students'

Ref: Decision taken in meeting held on 21.10.2020 to decide Establishment charges from
on-roll hosteller students, for the semester's running online due to Covid-19'

1. An amount of Rs. 50/day will be charged from on-roll hosteller students as

establishment charges w.e.f. 01 "'10.2020 during Semester-l ol 2020-21 '
2. lf the hostels with full strength of students doesn't start functioning from the next
semester, then the same lNR50/ per day per student will continue to be charged till the
hostels start functioning with the full strength and the semester accounts will be
calculated based on the actual expendlture of the hostels, as was done prior to the
lockdown.
3. lrrespective of the account balance held by students in the hostels (credit or debit
balance in ledgers maintained in hostels), all those students who have registered for this
semester and are residents of hostels, will be charged this amount in their ledgers,
which will be reflected when the dues are collected from the students' ' ':
4. ln case, any student does not wish to pay this amount, he/she can vacate the hostel with
the choice. This can be done in the period lrom 17.11.2020 lill 23.11.2020 with the prior
permission for arrival from hostel warden.
5. The amount of Rs. 50/day will not be charged separately to the students who are
presently on-campus as they are already being charged Rs. 200/day'

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
