Sub: RPI - Promotion to the post of Manager (Movement) on Regular basis

- Orders issue of.

The Competent Authority has approved the recommendation of the Zonal

Promotion Committee held on 07.06.2018. Accordingly the following Assistant Grade-I
(Movement) working in the Regions noted against each are hereby promoted to the post
of Manager (Movement) on Regular basis in the IDA scale of pay of Rs.16,400 - 40,500/-
and posted to the Region as indicated against their names.

1. They are allowed to join in the promoted post at the present Region of working
subject to the condition that they are liable to b e transferred as p e r the Transfer
Policy adopted by the Zonal Office (South).

2. Their promotions shall take effect from the date they assume charge of the
assigned post in the Regions to which now they are posted. They should report
for duty to the concerned General Managers where they have been posted now
within a period of 30 days from the date of issue of this order, failing which, this
promotion order is liable to b e cancelled.

3. Their promotions are without prejudice to the claims of the officials who may b e
senior to them.

4. Their promotion will b e subject to the final orders in the Writ Petitions pending in
the Courts.

5. They will b e on probation for a period of one year with effect from the date they
assume charge of their post which may b e extended for a further period not
exceeding one year at the discretion of the Competent Authority.

6. They should report for duty to the concerned General Managers / Place of
posting immediately.

7. The General Managers concerned shall serve the orders after ensuring that no
vigilance / administrative case a r e pending against the above mentioned
officials.

8. The date of joining of the officials may b e intimated to the Personnel Division, FCI,
