The following Deputy General Manager(Genl.) are hereby promoted to the grade of General
Manager (Genl.) on regular basis, in the IDA pay scale of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000/-(E-7) against the
panel year 2023 and posted to the places shown against their names :

2. Their promotion shall take effect from the date they assume charge of the assigned post. They
should report for duty to the place of their new posting within 15 (Fifteen) days. If the officers are not
reporting at the new place of posting within the stipulated time, their promotion order shall be deemed
to be cancelled.

3. Their promotion are without prejudice to the claims of the officers who may be senior to them.

4. In light of DoPT OM No. 36012/11/2016-Estt.(Res-1)(Pt-II) dated 15.06.2018, promotion shall be

subject to further orders which may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

5. Their promotion shall be subject to the final orders in the Writ Petitions pending in the court, if any.

6. Normal transfer benefits will be admissible to the officer as per the rules of Corporation and will be
relieved from the present place of posting as per instructions in vogue.

7. The date of relieving/ joining of the officers shall be intimated to the Personnel Division of Hqrs.
