Extensive knowledge of designing of High Shear Mixers, Dispersers, Tank & Vessels,
Agitators, Multi Shaft Mixers etc. for Domestic and International Markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED
 Responsible for complete mechanical design of Blending & mixing Equipments for
Domestic and International Markets.
 Assigned to the tasks of selection of Bearings, Gearbox, motors & other Boughtouts for
equipments.
 Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main
Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials of equipments.
 Responsible for analyzing the incoming inquiries from the sales department, and
preparing accurate General Arrangement and Layout Drawings. Establish manufacturing
& assembly process controls.
 Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement and play
active role in helping the purchase dept. in developing these new materials.
 Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific
requirements.
 Helping the service team in trouble shooting and overhauling of old equipments.
 Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a
machine before it is released to manufacturing.
 Handled the job of checking and correcting the drawings of components of a machine
before it is delivered for manufacturing.
 Assigned with the task of studying International Standard and finding the Equivalent
Indian Standards.
 Assigned with the task of introducing “5S Principles” in design department.
 Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved
in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.
 Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the
market.
KEY PROJECT UNDERTAKEN
1. Project : Storage tanks, Tanks with agitator, Dumping and Cleaning tank designed as per
ASME SEC VIII.
Client: 3M India
This Project consists of 05 Nos Storage tanks, 04 Nos Tanks with Agitator, Cleaning Tank
and Fiber Tipper. Material of Construction SS304L.
Role
 Design, Monitoring of these Equipments.
 Software used for Designing Solid Works & AutoCAD 2017.
 Responsibility of Improving, Creating & maintaining the design of products as per
standards & customers specifications.
