Q 1 Based on the skill model how would you assess Lt Col jhon Adams ability
to meet the challenges of the base administration position?

Ans : According to my opinion I think Lt. Col. John Adams did as well as could
be expected with the time imperatives. He tried to be as reasonable as conceivable
too. He attempted to address each conceivable that arose during this enormous
speedy change.

Q2 How would you assess his ability to meet the additional tasks he faced
regarding the conversion of the base?

Ans : I think he evaluated his capacity to his best capacity. A base shutting and
individuals being migrated or losing their employment is a hard undertaking to
finish.

Q3 If you were to coach Adams on how he could improve his leadership, what
would you tell him?

Ans : I will instruct him to continue to do great things, to be a group of people

together, to disperse careers. Completing this huge undertaking without anyone
else will undoubtedly bring disappointment or neglect.
