A common challenge for European education systems is to prevent early leavingschool
and preventing school violence.European level research emphasized that the phenomenon of early school leaving and the phenomenon of school violence is continuosly increasing when talking about number of students. This situation describes a scenario in which two fundamental rights of children are violated: the right to education and the right to personal security. School abandonment is a complex social reality with a multitude of causes which obviously needs diversified responses. One of the objectives of the European schools is to develop a collection of educational productson the prevention of early school leaving, by involving teachers in type experiments hands-on (learning by action). Every teacher should intend to develop in students the feeling of belonging to a group, to create a space in which creativity and initiative stimulate students. This is how to test your abilities and skills acquired through the teaching, by creating educational materials and making it easy to use flexible information to prevent and counteract the problem of school abandonment .A lesson plan is vital to teach, it makes your steps easier to do better. Lesson planning is essential in teaching and learning. A teacher who has prepared himselfis definitely on the right track in terms of success. Perfecting lessons require a long time and a lot of effort. As a teacher who loves his career, everyone needs to know how to channel his own time for this effort as well. The complexity of the factors leading to school dropout once again proves that a good preparation and planning of lessons is essential. Content has to meet the needs of a large number of class students. School plays an important role for the future of young people and implicitly for the future of society. It hasat the same time a role as a trainer, education, an integrating and socializing role. Like any institution, school presents a number of difficulties, school dropout being one of them. School dropout has negative consequences both for the abandoning young man and also for the society. Students have personal predispositions depending on the social environment. Experience of school life and out-of-school education differs from one person to another. By participating in school classes, there shoud be promoted equality of chances, the development of the didactic process in a multicultural framework, the support of the disadvantaged categories, the fight against school abandonment and failure.
