A common challenge for European education systems is to prevent early leavingschool

and preventing school violence.European level research emphasized that the phenomenon of
early school leaving and the phenomenon of school violence is continuosly increasing when
talking about number of students. This situation describes a scenario in which two
fundamental rights of children are violated: the right to education and the right to personal
security.
School abandonment is a complex social reality with a multitude of causes which
obviously needs diversified responses.
One of the objectives of the European schools is to develop a collection of educational
productson the prevention of early school leaving, by involving teachers in type experiments
hands-on (learning by action). Every teacher should intend to develop in students the feeling
of belonging to a group, to create a space in which creativity and initiative stimulate students.
This is how to test your abilities and skills acquired through the teaching, by creating
educational materials and making it easy to use flexible information to prevent and counteract
the problem of school abandonment .A lesson plan is vital to teach, it makes your steps easier
to do better.
Lesson planning is essential in teaching and learning. A teacher who has prepared
himselfis definitely on the right track in terms of success. Perfecting lessons require a long
time and a lot of effort. As a teacher who loves his career, everyone needs to know how to
channel his own time for this effort as well.
The complexity of the factors leading to school dropout once again proves that a good
preparation and planning of lessons is essential. Content has to meet the needs of a large
number of class students.
School plays an important role for the future of young people and implicitly for the
future of society. It hasat the same time a role as a trainer, education, an integrating and
socializing role. Like any institution, school presents a number of difficulties, school dropout
being one of them. School dropout has negative consequences both for the abandoning young
man and also for the society.
Students have personal predispositions depending on the social environment.
Experience of school life and out-of-school education differs from one person to another. By
participating in school classes, there shoud be promoted equality of chances, the development
of the didactic process in a multicultural framework, the support of the disadvantaged
categories, the fight against school abandonment and failure.
