COMPREHENSIVE SUMMARY

Second trimester of this academic year the CHEEL organization welcome the new member

of CHEEL Organization. The organization conducted an acceptance party, October 8, 2019 held

at AFA laboratory. The essence of this event is to build the good relationship to each other to

have unity. CHEEL Organization actively participate in Organizational Camp 2019. Last

November 22, 2019, This activity help us to know each other. We are proud because our

representative MR.CHEEL 2019 awarded as the 3rd runner up for the Mr. and Ms.

Organizational Camp 2019.

Although this term our Organizational did not conduct big activity. However we will be

continuing to conduct an activity that relevant to all member, university and society.

As a President, It is my duty to think and conduct a program that correspond to the purpose

of CHEEL Organization.

As the second term started, CHEEL Organization actively participate in Organizational

Camp 2019, this activity help us to build a good relationship within our members.

By help of my fellow officers and guidance of our Organization adviser, we successfully

conducted the event.

As the Vice President of the CHEEL organization, my role in our organization is to help

and assist the president in every activity and event. It is also my responsibility to suggest and

facilitate essential activities that would be beneficial to all the members through the help and

leadership of the organization president.

Upon this term, our organization have not headed/conducted any activity in the

university. However, we are still working with our duties as officer.

As a Secretary of the organization Circle of Home Economics Educators and Leaders

(CHEEL), I monitored the attendance during the activity and program hold by our organizations.

As an officer I did not confine myself at one task, I involved myself and take part in planning

the whole flow of the program. I also helped for the preparation of the events such as preparing

and cleaning the area for the events that was used by the organization.

As the treasurer of this organization, I am in charge in holding the funds that the
organization have. Aside from that, I am the one who liquidate all the expenses that the
organization had made and giving them money for buying materials that will use in the activity
to ensure that there will be receipt for me to know easily the expenses of the organization.

CHEEL organization is a newly accredited organization in Philippine Normal

University South Luzon. As an officer of this organization, I did my best to do my responsibility

as an auditor. In every activity, all the members helped and me as an auditor together with the

treasurer secured the needed materials, raffle prizes for the participants and even the foods for

everyone. It is hard at first but with the help of my co-officers, everything become easy. CHEEL

organization may be the youngest organization here in Philippine Normal University South

Luzon, it will work efficiently with the old organization.
