COMPREHENSIVE SUMMARY
Second trimester of this academic year the CHEEL organization welcome the new member
of CHEEL Organization. The organization conducted an acceptance party, October 8, 2019 held
at AFA laboratory. The essence of this event is to build the good relationship to each other to
have unity. CHEEL Organization actively participate in Organizational Camp 2019. Last
November 22, 2019, This activity help us to know each other. We are proud because our
representative MR.CHEEL 2019 awarded as the 3rd runner up for the Mr. and Ms.
Although this term our Organizational did not conduct big activity. However we will be
continuing to conduct an activity that relevant to all member, university and society.

(CHEEL), I monitored the attendance during the activity and program hold by our organizations.
As an officer I did not confine myself at one task, I involved myself and take part in planning
the whole flow of the program. I also helped for the preparation of the events such as preparing
and cleaning the area for the events that was used by the organization.

As the treasurer of this organization, I am in charge in holding the funds that the
organization have. Aside from that, I am the one who liquidate all the expenses that the
organization had made and giving them money for buying materials that will use in the activity
to ensure that there will be receipt for me to know easily the expenses of the organization.
