POST ACTIVITY REPORT

CONDUCT OF HIV / DRUG AWARENESS, EARLY PREGNANCY

AND TEENAGER VEHICULAR ACCIDENTS

I. RATIONALE:

HIV / Drug Awareness Early Pregnancy and Vehicular Accidents has

rapidly established though out the world over the past three decades
especially in the Philippines and has emerged as the important public health
problem.

This activity was an initiative by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Liloan for a

1 day schedule to promote HIV / Drug Awareness and Teenager Vehicular
Accidents among Grade 10 students. It will provide education and
communication is the effective means to be disseminated as campaign to
spread awareness induced behavioral changes among teenagers.

The objective of this activity or as follows. To make the youth fully aware
for the rapid growth of HIV / Drug victims making the youth be fully aware.

III. HIGHLIGHTS

This HIV / Drugs Awareness and Teenager Vehicular Accidents was

enthusiastically request by the Teacher of Grade 10 students. This activity
seems like give excitement of the participants. Before the program, a series of
warm up exercise to enhance the physical and mental stamina of the
participants in order to avoid sleepiness and can focus to the presentation.

The participants was divided into four (4) groups to familiarize their
companions and strategized their plans for the activity. On the day of the
program last November 22, 2019. We had our meet – up or venue at Liloan
Auditorium of Brgy. Poblacion, Liloan Southern Leyte. This venue serves also
for other programs like graduation or tournament games. We invited the RHU
personnel and Police officer as the facilitator of the activity. RHU personnel
started to discuss the HIV / Drug Awareness at 9:30 in the morning. As a sort of
summary, all facilitator of this activity was successfully delivered the function,
guidelines and the course content of the program.

At the end of the activity, all participants were given certificate of

appearance as a proof of their participation.
IV. ISSUES AND RECOMMENDATION

So far, there were no significant issues and concerns we had

encountered. Instead both facilitators and most importantly the grade 10
students only expressed glad satisfaction and appreciation of what has been
conducted. Both the participants and facilitators develop improvement in
working relationship.
